Calendar & Scheduling

• Scheduling Links (Calendly-lite) — Public booking pages with real GCal busy blocks, 3-column day grid, prospect confirmation email, additional attendees. Auto-creates default link.
• AI Meeting Briefs — AI-generated talking points before every meeting. Auto-refreshes on new interactions. Available in dialler + meetings page.
• Pre-Meeting Banner — Global 30-min countdown banner with contact name, Join Meet + View Brief buttons.
• Post-Meeting Prompts — Auto-prompt after meetings — mark attended, no-show, or reschedule in one click.
• Task Management — Priority, due dates, status tabs, no-show auto-follow-ups. Dashboard tile, contact detail, sidebar nav.

• 6 Smart Slots — More booking options per call (was 3).
• Custom date/time picker — “12 April 2026” format for easy readback to prospects.
• Timezone selector — Set contact TZ live on a call. No more wrong guesses.
• Send booking link — Email a scheduling link mid-call when time doesn't work.
• Save unknown caller — Create contact inline to unlock booking slots on fresh dials.
• AI Brief in confirm mode — Review talking points before confirming a meeting.

Meetings Page
