This week we shipped a 9-stage prospect pipeline with AI messaging, rebuilt e-Sign with audit certificates and saved signatures, launched bidirectional CRM sync across 8 platforms, added a full calendar system with scheduling links and AI meeting briefs, overhauled the Chrome extension to v1.6 with company detection and tone selector, introduced native phone enrichment with tiered pricing, hardened security across every endpoint with rate limiting and account lockout, added employee-size enrichment, and rewrote all 34 system emails. 60+ features across the week.

Prospect Pipeline & Sales Outreach

  • 9-stage prospect pipeline — New → Researching → Qualified → Contacting → Replied → Meeting Set → Proposal → Won → Lost. Detail pages with notes, stage history, and linked contact files.
  • AI message generation — 5 message types (connection note, post-accept, second message, call ask, soft close) with Professional/Friendly/Direct tone selector. Messages are 1–2 sentences, context-aware, and conversation-stage appropriate.
  • Ideal Client Profiles — AI-generated ICPs with industry, size, geography, and target titles. Auto-generates LinkedIn boolean search strings. Delete + reactivate support.
  • AI intel extraction — Automatically pulls skills, interests, career patterns, and conversation hooks from LinkedIn profiles in the background on every save.
  • Extension integration — Save as Prospect directly from the Chrome extension sidebar. Creates the pipeline entry from LinkedIn.

E-Sign Overhaul

  • Saved signatures — Draw once, auto-loads on every document. Per-signer email, opt-in checkbox.
  • Reusable templates — Save documents as templates with signer roles, field positions, and dropdown options. One-click launch.
  • Audit certificates — Full audit trail appended to every signed PDF: signer events, IPs, timestamps, legal footer, tamper-evident hash.
  • Section-based quick fields — 33 fields organised into contract sections (Client Details, Commercial Terms, Permanent Fee, Retained Stages, Signing Block). One-click placement.
  • Conditional field visibility — Show/hide rules on any field based on another field’s value. Evaluated live on the signer page and respected by the PDF stamper.
  • Self-sign + resend + bulk delete — Countersign-first flow, individual nudges per signer, multi-select delete with 30-day token expiry.

CRM Integrations

  • Bidirectional sync — Push and pull across HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Capsule, Bullhorn, JobAdder, and Atlas. Intelligent dedup prevents sync conflicts.
  • Google Calendar — Mark as Booked now creates a real calendar event with the contact invited, custom time, location, notes + optional Meet link.
  • Inbound webhook — Connect Zapier, Make, or n8n to push data into Kolvera.
  • Company Search — Search the company database and unlock any company for a flat 2cr. Instant contact copy.

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Scheduling links — Public booking pages with real calendar busy blocks, 3-column day grid, confirmation emails, and clean /book/ URLs.
  • AI meeting briefs — AI-generated talking points before every meeting. 30-min countdown banner with Join Meet + View Brief.
  • Task management — Priority, due dates, status tabs, no-show auto-follow-ups. Dashboard, contact detail, and sidebar integration.
  • Dialler booking upgrades — 6 smart slots, live timezone selector, send booking link mid-call, save unknown caller inline.

Chrome Extension v1.6

  • Company detection rebuilt — Multiple intelligent detection strategies. Correctly identifies employers even with complex LinkedIn profile layouts.
  • Multi-tab sidebar — Contact and Prospect tabs. Auto-refresh on SPA navigation. Resync button for one-click data re-pull.
  • AI messaging with tone selector — Full message generator with Professional/Friendly/Direct tones, progress bar, copy, and regenerate.
  • Background intel extraction — Profile intel extracts on every save and sync in the background, keeping the UI responsive.

Security Hardening

  • Rate limiting on every endpoint — Auth, API, billing, enrichment, AI, booking, and all mutation routes. Account lockout on repeated failures.
  • Agency team isolation — Contact + call log isolation enforced across all routes. Admin team view toggle. Per-user settings fully isolated in Separate mode.
  • Email verification TTL — Verification tokens now expire after 24 hours. Previously they lived forever.
  • Public security page — New /security page with full transparency on security practices.

Enrichment & Data

  • Native phone enrichment — 6cr direct dial, 2cr company line (cached). BYOK remains 0cr.
  • Employee-size enrichment — Normalised employee count from range strings. Enrichment pulls size, industry, LinkedIn URL, and website.
  • Email pattern detection — Detects email naming conventions from existing verified emails at same company for higher accuracy.
  • Funnel tracking — Full journey timeline + 12-metric dashboard grid across email, call, and meeting events.
  • Email open timeline — Click the opens count on any campaign to see timestamp, email client, IP, and step number for every open.

Inbox & Email

  • Person-centric inbox — One row per contact instead of per email subject. Messages grouped by subject within each expanded row.
  • Role tabs — Filter by All, Prospects, or Contacts with live counts and role badges.
  • Archive & delete — Per-user thread archive with dedicated Archive tab and count badge.
  • 34 system emails rewritten — Professional tone, anti-spam compliance, inline logo. 3 new lifecycle emails.
  • Automated email logo fix — Logo embedded inline — renders in every client including Outlook and blocked-image environments.

UX & Navigation

  • 6-step onboarding — Market, Playbook, Contact Details, Email TZ + Work Hours, Global TZ, Business Context. Setup checklist with two-timezone split.
  • Sharp icon system — Every button now has a crisp SVG icon. Outline button style: transparent + coloured border + coloured text.
  • Sidebar declutter — Company Search, Search Config, and API Tokens embedded into parent pages. Pipeline renamed to Scrape Pipeline.
  • Sortable columns — Click any header on any table to sort. Dashboard balance widget with credits/scrapes/minutes.
  • Tenant management — Soft-delete with restore button. Deactivated users in collapsible panel.
