Weekly Update — Week ending 26 April 2026

Calls from any page with a floating mini-dialler widget. Plan credits increased across all tiers with margin-optimised phone waterfall. Campaign vertical now correctly follows your workspace preset. ICP company maps gain a Generate Boolean Search button. Deep Research auto-maps ALL found companies to the selected ICP. AI smart search and upgraded filters on Company Search. Chrome extension bumped to v1.7.0. Platform-wide audit fixed pricing, credit costs, and security page accuracy. DFY Mailboxes with automated warmup coming soon.

Floating Mini-Dialler

• Call from any page — A persistent floating widget replaces the old incoming-call banner. Make and receive calls without navigating to the dialler page.
• Four states — Idle pill (bottom-right with minutes badge), ringing bar (caller info with answer/decline), active panel (timer, mute, hangup, live transcript), and post-call (AI summary, notes, save contact).
• Click-to-call — Phone number links across the app automatically open the mini-dialler. No template changes needed.
• Quick dial — Expandable panel with phone input and recent calls list for fast outbound calling.

DFY Mailbox Warmup

• Automated warmup engine — Network-based warmup with AI-generated content, pair rotation, reply scheduling, and spam-to-inbox rescue via OAuth.
• DNS health checks — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX validation runs hourly on all connected inboxes. Warnings surface on the mailboxes dashboard.
• Blacklist monitoring — Seven DNSBL zones checked every 6 hours. Alerts if any sending domain appears on a blocklist.
• Deliverability scoring — 0–100 composite score based on DNS health, blacklist status, bounce rate, and warmup progress. Score breakdown cards on the dashboard.
• Weekend throttling — Warmup volume reduced 80% on weekends and Australian public holidays to match natural sending patterns.

Company Search Overhaul

• AI smart search — Natural language search bar added to Company Search. Type ‘construction companies in Brisbane size 51–200’ and AI converts it to structured filters.
• Upgraded filters — Industry dropdown, multi-select state, sort options, and mobile-responsive layout — matching the main Companies page.
• All companies visible — Company Search now shows all companies with a domain, not just those with contacts on file. Previously only 814 of 7,000+ were visible.
• Unlock reduced to 1 credit — Down from 2 credits. Unlock a company to instantly access all contacts and research on file.
• Owned company detection — Companies you already own show ‘View’ instead of ‘Unlock’. No accidental double charges.

Chrome Extension v1.7.0

• Three full pipelines — Save LinkedIn profiles as contacts, candidates, or prospects with dedicated tabs and workflows.
• AI message generation — Personalised outreach per Ideal Client/Candidate Profile with tone selection and unlimited refinement.
• Multi-page search scraping — Scrape 1–25 pages of LinkedIn search results with real-time progress, duplicate detection, and bulk save.
• Auto message sync — LinkedIn conversations with saved candidates and prospects sync automatically to Kolvera.

Campaign & Vertical Fixes

• Workspace vertical respected — Campaigns now correctly inherit your workspace vertical (B2B Sales, Recruitment, IT/MSP, etc.). Previously, a multi-tenant bug caused all campaigns to default to Recruitment regardless of your setting.
• AI Describe vertical-aware — The ‘Describe with AI’ button on the campaign wizard now respects your active vertical. B2B users see Service Name, Value Proposition, and Pain Point fields instead of MPC/candidate fields.
• Draft campaigns auto-sync — Draft campaigns automatically reflect your current workspace vertical, even if they were created before you changed it.

ICP & Deep Research

• Company boolean search — New Generate button on the ICP Companies tab builds a “Company A” OR “Company B” string from all mapped companies. Copy button for LinkedIn, Sales Nav, or SEEK Talent Search. Note: LinkedIn standard search supports ~6 terms; use Sales Nav for longer lists.
• Deep Research → ICP auto-map — When running Deep Research with an ICP selected, ALL discovered companies are now mapped to that ICP automatically. Previously, a fuzzy industry filter was excluding valid results even though the research was already scoped by the ICP’s criteria.

Platform Accuracy Audit

• Credit costs aligned — Company unlock (1 cr), phone direct dial (6 cr), and all other credit costs verified and corrected across landing page, billing, guides, FAQ, and system emails.
• Plan features verified — Seat counts, campaign limits, BYOK availability, and phone enrichment tiers audited across all public-facing pages.
• Security page corrected — Encryption specification updated to accurately reflect the implemented algorithm.
• Contact email standardised — All public pages now use hello@kolvera.io (support@ for help, security@ for disclosures).

Coming Soon

• DFY Mailboxes — Fully managed mailbox provisioning with automated warmup, DNS health monitoring, blacklist checking, and deliverability scoring. Currently in development — the warmup engine, DNS validator, and scoring system are built and being tested.
