Product Update — 29 April 2026

Campaigns can now override account-level working hours with per-campaign timezone, hours, and send days. ICP auto-prospect toggle creates prospects from mapped company contacts automatically. Mailbox warm-up now sends reliably with inbox filtering support. Campaign sends are staggered across the day. Hot lists accept CSV uploads. Added On columns are sortable across ICP and Prospects pages with date range filters.

Per-Campaign Sending Schedules

• Custom hours per campaign — Each campaign can now set its own start hour, end hour, timezone, and send days. Run an AU campaign 8am–5pm ACST and a UK campaign 8am–5pm GMT from the same account.
• Account default fallback — Check “Use account default schedule” to keep using your global Settings. Uncheck to set campaign-specific hours.
• 11 timezone presets — Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, Singapore, London, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles.
• Day-of-week selection — Choose which days each campaign sends. Weekday-only, 7-day, or any custom combination.

ICP Auto-Prospect

• Auto-Prospect toggle — Enable on the ICP Company Map tab. When a company is added to the map, prospects are automatically created from all existing contacts at that company.
• Live feed from LinkedIn — New contacts saved via the Chrome extension are automatically added as prospects to any ICP where their company is mapped with auto-prospect enabled.
• Prospect count column — Company Map now shows how many prospects are linked to each company, replacing the Decision Maker column.

Mailbox Warm-Up Improvements

• Reliable sending — Fixed an issue where warm-up emails were being rescheduled instead of sent. All connected inboxes now send on schedule.
• Inbox filter tag — Warm-up emails include -kwu in the subject line. Set up an email filter to auto-archive or label warm-up traffic so it doesn’t clutter your inbox.
• Business hours enforcement — Warm-up sends and replies are now clamped to 7am–7pm in your timezone. No more late-night sends.
• Timezone accuracy — Warm-up schedule now uses your account timezone settings instead of a fixed default.

Campaign Sending Improvements

• Staggered send times — When a campaign step completes for multiple contacts, the next step is scheduled with natural variation across the day instead of all at the same time.
• Live delay updates — Changing a step’s delay on an active campaign now immediately recalculates send times for all waiting contacts. Previously, changing the delay only affected future enrolments.

Hot List CSV Import

• Upload or paste CSV — Import contacts directly into a hot list. New contacts are created automatically; existing contacts matched by email are skipped.
• One-step workflow — Click Import CSV on any hot list, upload your file or paste content, and contacts are created and added to the list in a single action.

Date Filters & Sorting

• Sortable Added On column — ICP Company Map, ICP Prospects, and the main Prospects page all show when each record was added, sortable by clicking the column header.
• Date range filters — Filter by Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days on Company Map, ICP Prospects, and the Prospects page.
• All columns sortable — ICP Company Map table now supports click-to-sort on all columns.
