CV-to-ICP: Reverse-Engineer Your Ideal Client
- Upload a CV or paste candidate details — AI reverse-engineers an Ideal Client Profile from real candidate data, identifying the industries, company sizes, and decision-maker titles most likely to hire that profile.
- Three tiers — CV-to-ICP (3 cr) for the richest analysis from a full CV, Define from Scratch (2 cr) to build a new ICP manually with AI assistance, and Refine Existing (1 cr) to sharpen an ICP you’ve already created.
- Auto-generates search configs — ICP creation automatically builds search configurations so you can start scraping matching leads immediately.
- Pipeline matches on ICP detail — The ICP detail page shows matching companies and contacts from your existing pipeline data.
Floating Mini-Dialler
- Call from any page — A persistent floating widget replaces the old incoming-call banner. Make and receive calls without navigating to the dialler page.
- Four states — Idle pill (bottom-right with minutes badge), ringing bar (caller info with answer/decline), active panel (timer, mute, hangup, live transcript), and post-call (AI summary, notes, save contact).
- Click-to-call — Phone number links across the app automatically open the mini-dialler. No template changes needed.
- Quick dial — Expandable panel with phone input and recent calls list for fast outbound calling.
Smart Bounce Handling
- Automatic bounce detection — Undeliverable and mail-delivery-failed replies are now detected automatically from connected inboxes. The bounced email is marked invalid, and the prospect is removed from all active campaigns.
- Campaign auto-pause at 2% — If a campaign’s bounce rate exceeds 2%, it’s automatically paused to protect your sender reputation. Resume once you’ve cleaned the list.
- Out-of-office rescheduling — When an auto-reply includes a return date (‘back on 5 May’, ‘away until 28 April’), the next email is automatically rescheduled to that date instead of sending into the void.
- Inbox bulk actions — Checkboxes on every conversation row with Select All toggle. Bulk archive, unarchive, or delete up to 100 threads at once.
Campaign Sending & Schedules
- Per-campaign timezone and hours — Each campaign can now set its own start hour, end hour, timezone, and send days. Run an AU campaign 8am–5pm ACST and a UK campaign 8am–5pm GMT from the same account.
- 11 timezone presets — Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, Singapore, London, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles.
- Day-of-week selection — Choose which days each campaign sends. Weekday-only, 7-day, or any custom combination.
- Staggered send times — When a campaign step completes for multiple contacts, the next step is scheduled with natural variation across the day instead of all at the same time.
- Live delay updates — Changing a step’s delay on an active campaign now immediately recalculates send times for all waiting contacts.
Company Search & Data
- AI smart search — Natural language search bar on Company Search. Type ‘construction companies in Brisbane size 51–200’ and AI converts it to structured filters.
- Unlock reduced to 1 credit — Down from 2 credits. Unlock a company to instantly access all contacts and research on file.
- All companies visible — Company Search now shows all companies with a domain, not just those with contacts on file. Previously only 814 of 7,000+ were visible.
- ICP-first workflow — Sidebar reordered to ICP → Lead Scraping → Pipeline → Deep Research. Client definition before lead generation.
- Credit coin icons — Every credit-consuming action now shows a coin icon with the cost directly on the button.

- AI message generation — Personalised outreach per Ideal Client/Candidate Profile with tone selection and unlimited refinement.

ICP Bulk Actions & Enrichment
- Find Contacts — Select companies on your ICP company map and bulk-find contacts at 2 credits each. Found contacts are automatically created as prospects linked to the ICP.
- Add to Hot List — Bulk-add ICP companies to any hot list, or create a new one. Progress bar shows enrichment status in real time.
- ICP Auto-Prospect toggle — Enable on the ICP Company Map tab. When a company is added to the map, prospects are automatically created from all existing contacts at that company.
- Company boolean search — Generate button builds “Company A” OR “Company B” from all mapped companies. Copy for LinkedIn or Sales Nav.
- Deep Research → ICP auto-map — When running Deep Research with an ICP selected, ALL discovered companies are now mapped to that ICP automatically.
Mailbox Warm-Up & Deliverability
- Automated warmup engine — Network-based warmup with AI-generated content, pair rotation, reply scheduling, and spam-to-inbox rescue.
- DNS health checks — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX validation runs hourly on all connected inboxes.
- Blacklist monitoring — Seven DNSBL zones checked every 6 hours. Alerts if any sending domain appears on a blocklist.
- Deliverability scoring — 0–100 composite score based on DNS health, blacklist status, bounce rate, and warmup progress.
- Indeed scraper faster — Rebuilt with a fast-probe-then-fallback approach. Results arrive faster with better coverage.

- Credit costs aligned — Company unlock (1 cr), phone direct dial (6 cr), and all other credit costs verified and corrected across landing page, billing, guides, FAQ, and system emails.
- Plan features verified — Seat counts, campaign limits, BYOK availability, and phone enrichment tiers audited across all public-facing pages.
- Security page corrected — Encryption specification updated to accurately reflect the implemented algorithm.
- Plan credit increase — Starter 400cr, Growth 800cr, Pro 1,500cr, Agency 5,000cr. Updated across all 13 denormalised locations.
- Hot list CSV import — Import contacts directly into a hot list from CSV. New contacts created automatically; existing matched by email are skipped.
