TL;DR
Campaign email generation overhauled: Variant A leads with value, B with outcomes, C with pain points — each written from a genuinely different angle. New Campaign Outcome dropdown shapes CTAs (book a meeting, phone call, reply, or funnel). Scheduling links auto-insert into final emails. Chrome extension v1.7: three sidebar tabs (Contact, Prospect, Candidate) with free AI message generation, ICP linking, tone selection, and Refine with AI. New /demo, /customers, and /podcast public pages. Meeting reminders sent 24h and 1h before. Mailbox warm-up available to all users. Campaign rate calculations fixed. Smarter Campaign Emails
- Distinct variant angles — Variant A leads with value and insight, Variant B focuses on outcomes and results, Variant C targets pain points. Each is written from a genuinely different perspective with unique subject lines and hooks.
- Campaign Outcome — New dropdown when setting up a campaign: Get a reply, Book a meeting, Phone call, Funnel to sales, or Share information. This shapes the call-to-action in every generated email.
- Scheduling link in final email — If your outcome is “Book a meeting” and you have a scheduling link set up, the final email step automatically includes your booking URL.
- Variant mode selector — Choose Single (A only), A/B Testing, or A/B/C Testing from setup. Add variants later from the campaign detail page.
- Cleaner variables — AI-generated emails now use only the recipient’s first name by default. No more company names with legal suffixes appearing in outreach. You can add your own variables after generation.
- Stronger tone enforcement — Professional, casual, and direct tones produce noticeably different output. Deeper integration with your Ideal Client Profile when one is selected.
Chrome Extension v1.7
- Three sidebar tabs — Contact, Prospect, and Candidate. Each tab saves the profile to the right place in Kolvera with one click.
- AI message generation (free) — Draft connection requests, call asks, and outreach messages directly from the sidebar. Choose message type and tone, then copy to clipboard and paste into LinkedIn.
- Refine with AI — Tell the AI what to change (shorter, more casual, push on a specific angle) and it rewrites the message.
- ICP linking — Link prospects to your Ideal Client Profile and candidates to your Ideal Candidate Profile from the sidebar dropdown.
- Message sync — Pull LinkedIn conversation history into Kolvera with one click.
- No automation risk — Messages are generated and copied to your clipboard. You paste them into LinkedIn yourself. No automated sending, no ban risk.

Meeting Reminders
- Automatic email reminders — Attendees and hosts receive email reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before scheduled meetings.
- Bell notification — In-app notification with amber clock icon when a meeting reminder fires.
Mailbox Warm-Up
- Available to all users — Mailbox warm-up is no longer restricted to admins. All team members can enable warm-up on their connected inboxes.
- Pool-based warming — Start Warm-Up automatically joins the warm-up pool. Stop Warm-Up removes you from the pool. No separate opt-in step.
- Ramp schedule — Weeks 1–2 ramp up gradually, weeks 3–4 reach full volume, then maintenance mode sustains your sender reputation.
Scheduling Links
- Redesigned booking page — Premium split-layout design with calendar on the left and booking form on the right.
- Host notifications — Email notification and in-app bell alert when someone books a meeting through your link.
- Visitor timezone detection — Automatically detects the visitor’s timezone and shows available slots in their local time.
Campaign Accuracy
- Fixed rate calculations — Open, click, and reply rates now use the number of emails actually sent as the denominator, not the number of contacts enrolled. Gives accurate percentages for campaigns still in progress.
- Bounce counting — Bounce count now reads from enrolment status rather than raw email logs, preventing double-counting.
- Variant performance cards — Each variant card now shows a Sent column alongside opens, clicks, and replies for clearer comparison.
Bug Fixes & Polish
- Scheduling links edit button — Fixed the Edit button on the scheduling links page not opening the edit modal.
- ICP search config — Generate with AI and edit button now work correctly on the ICP detail page. Auto-retry on refine failures.
- OAuth cancel handling — Cancelling a Google, Microsoft, or GitHub OAuth flow no longer produces an error.
- AI response handling — Improved handling of long AI responses that were occasionally truncated during candidate and prospect profile generation.
- Exclude keyword pills — Cleaner text-only styling with subtle borders.
- Promo code validation — Fixed promo codes not being recognised in the billing upgrade flow.
