Atlas CRM Integration

Connect Kolvera to Recruit with Atlas to automatically sync contacts and push call notes from the dialler.

Step 1: Create an API Key in Atlas

  1. Log in to your Atlas account and go to Settings
  2. Click the Developers tab at the top
  3. Click Create new API key
  4. Set the API Key name to something like Kolvera
  5. Set the following scopes:
    People Read-Write
    Projects Disabled
    Companies Read-Write
    Users Disabled
  6. Click Create new API key and copy the key (you won't be able to see it again)

Step 2: Connect in Kolvera

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Click Connect on the Atlas card
  3. Paste your Atlas API Key into the field
  4. Enter the email address you use to log into Atlas
  5. Click Test to verify the connection works
  6. Toggle Auto-sync contacts if you want Atlas contacts imported into Kolvera automatically (every 5 minutes)
  7. Click Save

What Gets Synced

Atlas → Kolvera

  • Contacts with a company are imported as enriched contacts
  • Companies are created/matched automatically
  • Syncs every 5 minutes when auto-sync is enabled
  • Candidates (no company) are skipped

Kolvera → Atlas

  • After each dialler call, AI-generated call notes are pushed to Atlas
  • Notes include summary, action items, sentiment, and full transcript
  • Notes appear in the contact's timeline in Atlas
  • Duplicate notes are prevented automatically

Team Setup

Each team member connects their own Atlas account separately. Go to Integrations and each user enters their own API key and Atlas email. Call notes are pushed to the caller's Atlas account, and synced contacts are owned by the user who connected.
