CRM Integrations

Bidirectional sync across all CRMs — Changes made in Kolvera push to your CRM; changes made in your CRM pull back into Kolvera. Works on HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Capsule, Bullhorn, JobAdder, and Atlas.
Intelligent dedup — Prevents sync conflicts when the same contact is updated on both sides within seconds of each other.
HubSpot sync fix — Fixed multiple layered issues that were stopping HubSpot contacts from syncing reliably. Location/state sync corrected both ways.

E-Sign Overhaul

Saved signatures — Draw your signature once, it auto-loads on every document you sign. Stored per signer email, opt-in via a “Save for future” checkbox.
Reusable templates — Save any document as a template with signer roles, field positions, and dropdown options pre-configured. Launch a new send in one click.
DocuSign-style audit certificate — Every completed PDF now has a full audit trail appended: signer events, IP addresses, timestamps, and legal footer. Tamper-evident SHA-256 hash verifies the signed file hasn’t been altered.
Signer-to-field assignment — Colour-coded palette lets you drag fields onto the document and assign each one to a specific signer.
Dropdown fields with 6 recruitment presets — Engagement type, Payment terms, Guarantee period, Pay due, Employment type, Yes/No. Add custom dropdowns too.
Self-sign flow — Click “Add Myself” to countersign first, then the document goes out to the other signers.
Auto-save fields — 3-second debounce while editing. Unsaved-change warning if you hit Send with pending edits.
Resend per signer — Nudge an individual signer without re-sending to the whole group.
Bulk delete + pagination — Select-all, delete multiple documents, 50 per page.
30-day signing link expiry — Tokens automatically expire 30 days after send.

Email Tracking

Open timeline tracker — The Opens count on every campaign row and every email is now a clickable tile. Click it to see the full timeline of every open: timestamp (to the second), email client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, iOS, Android), IP address, and step number.
Email client detection — The timeline shows which client opened the message so you can distinguish real opens from Gmail/Outlook pre-fetch.
Automated email logo reliability — The Kolvera logo on welcome, verification, and all system emails is now embedded inline. Renders in every client including Outlook, corporate Gmail, and blocked-image environments. No more broken logo icons.

Campaigns UX

Send From moved above Save Campaign — The inbox picker now sits directly above the Save Campaign button, so you configure everything in one vertical flow.
Extended bounce detection — Hard-bounce recognition significantly expanded with broader response coverage. Fewer false “soft bounce” retries against dead addresses.

Guides, Docs & Help

User Guide fully refreshed — Quick Start, feature docs, credit reference, and FAQ now match the current app. Removed references to retired pages, fixed phone pricing (6 cr direct / 2 cr company line), updated plan tiers (Trial / Starter / Growth / Pro / Agency / Enterprise), corrected credit pack & minute pack pricing.
Inconsistencies removed — Fixed stale pricing references across all guides and FAQs. Authoritative pricing now matches everywhere.

Performance & Reliability

Faster page loads — Server capacity upgraded to handle significantly more concurrent requests. Intelligent caching eliminates redundant checks on every page load.
Database indexes — Added indexes across all major tables. Lists, searches, and dashboard counts are materially faster at scale.
Distributed rate limiting — Rate limits now persist across deploys and are shared across all server instances for consistent protection.
AI timeouts — All AI calls now have strict timeouts to prevent slow responses from affecting performance.
Accessibility pass — Skip-to-content link for keyboard users, focus-trapped modals (WCAG 2.1 Level A), and deferred script loading for faster first paint.
