Prospect Pipeline

  • 9-stage sales pipeline — Track prospects through New → Researching → Qualified → Contacting → Replied → Meeting Set → Proposal → Won → Lost. Full detail page with notes, stage history, and linked contact file.
  • AI message generation (5 types) — Connection note, post-accept follow-up, second message, call ask, and soft close. Each message type is tuned to the conversation stage and prospect context.
  • AI intel extraction — Automatically extracts key intel from LinkedIn profiles on save: skills, interests, career patterns, and conversation hooks. Runs in the background so save is instant.
  • Prospect ↔ Contact link — View Contact File button on every prospect. Creating a prospect auto-creates the underlying contact record with full data isolation.
  • Resync + message sync + hard delete — Re-pull LinkedIn data, sync latest messages from the thread, or permanently remove a prospect.
  • Extension integration — Save as Prospect directly from the Chrome extension sidebar. Creates the pipeline entry from LinkedIn.

Ideal Client Profiles

  • AI-generated Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) — Describe your target client in plain English. AI generates a structured profile with industry, company size, geography, and up to 7 target job titles.
  • Boolean search string — Each ICP auto-generates a LinkedIn-ready boolean search string from the target titles. Copy and paste straight into LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Recruiter.
  • Delete + reactivate — Archive old ICPs and bring them back when needed. Soft delete with one-click restore.
  • Faster AI generation — AI generation now uses response caching, cutting generation time ~50%.

Chrome Extension v1.6

  • AI message tone selector — Choose Professional, Friendly, or Direct tone before generating any message. Tone applies across all 5 message types.
  • Company detection overhaul — Rebuilt from scratch with multiple intelligent detection strategies. Correctly identifies the current employer even when LinkedIn lazy-loads the Experience section.
  • Sidebar auto-refresh — Sidebar re-extracts profile data automatically when you navigate between LinkedIn profiles.
  • Resync button — One-click re-pull of prospect data from LinkedIn without leaving the sidebar.
  • Background intel extraction — Profile intel now extracts in the background on every save and sync, so the UI stays responsive.
  • Soft close message type — New AI message type for prospects who are settled. Keeps the door open without being pushy.
  • Smarter AI messages — Messages capped at 1–2 sentences, no greetings on mid-conversation messages, company names shortened and used only once, no invented job roles in call asks.
  • 20+ stability fixes — v1.6.25–v1.6.44 across message attribution, thread sync, company detection, and error handling.

Employee-Size Enrichment

  • Normalised employee count — Employee count now stored as a normalised integer, converting range strings like “11-50” into usable numbers. Existing data backfilled automatically.
  • Company enrichment — Company enrichment now pulls employee count, industry, LinkedIn URL, and website automatically.
  • Fixed 3 broken size filters — Company list, search, and CSV export were silently dropping companies with range-format sizes. Now filters correctly against normalised numbers.

Sidebar Declutter

  • Company Search embedded — Moved from standalone sidebar entry into a button on the Companies page.
  • Search Config embedded — Moved from standalone sidebar entry into a button on the Lead Scraping page.
  • API Tokens embedded — Moved from standalone sidebar entry into the Integrations page.
  • Pipeline renamed to Scrape Pipeline — Clearer label now that Prospect Pipeline exists.

Admin & Infrastructure

  • Feature management — Feature toggles for optional modules. Off by default for existing tenants.
  • Improved migration tracking — Database migration tracking improved for reliable deployments across all environments.
  • Production stability — Stability improvements to database initialisation and background processing.
