This week we shipped a 9-stage prospect pipeline with AI messaging, rebuilt e-Sign with audit certificates and saved signatures, launched bidirectional CRM sync across 8 platforms, added a full calendar system with scheduling links, overhauled the Chrome extension to v1.6, hardened security across every endpoint, and added employee-size enrichment. 60+ features across 4 daily releases.

Prospect Pipeline & Sales Outreach

  • 9-stage prospect pipeline — New → Researching → Qualified → Contacting → Replied → Meeting Set → Proposal → Won → Lost. Detail pages with notes, stage history, and linked contact files.
  • AI message generation — 5 message types (connection note, post-accept, second message, call ask, soft close) with Professional/Friendly/Direct tone selector. Messages are 1–2 sentences, context-aware, and conversation-stage appropriate.
  • Ideal Client Profiles — AI-generated ICPs with industry, size, geography, and target titles. Auto-generates LinkedIn boolean search strings. Delete + reactivate support.
  • AI intel extraction — Automatically pulls skills, interests, career patterns, and conversation hooks from LinkedIn profiles in the background on every save.

E-Sign

  • Saved signatures — Draw once, auto-loads on every document. Per-signer email, opt-in checkbox.
  • Reusable templates — Save documents as templates with signer roles, field positions, and dropdown options. One-click launch.
  • Audit certificates — DocuSign-style trail appended to every signed PDF: signer events, IPs, timestamps, legal footer, SHA-256 tamper-evident hash.
  • Signer-to-field assignment + self-sign + auto-save + resend per signer + bulk delete — Colour-coded palette, countersign-first flow, 3s debounce, individual nudges, 30-day token expiry.

CRM Integrations

  • Bidirectional sync — Push and pull across HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Close, Capsule, Bullhorn, JobAdder, and Atlas. Intelligent dedup prevents sync conflicts.
  • HubSpot sync fix — Fixed multiple sync reliability issues. Location/state sync corrected both ways.

Calendar & Scheduling

  • Scheduling links — Calendly-lite public booking pages with real GCal busy blocks, 3-column day grid, confirmation emails, and pretty /book/ URLs.
  • AI meeting briefs — AI-generated talking points before every meeting. 30-min countdown banner with Join Meet + View Brief.
  • Task management — Priority, due dates, status tabs, no-show auto-follow-ups. Dashboard, contact detail, and sidebar integration.
  • Dialler upgrades — 6 smart slots, live timezone selector, send booking link mid-call, save unknown caller inline.

Chrome Extension v1.6

  • Company detection rebuilt — Rebuilt with multiple intelligent detection strategies. Correctly identifies employers even with complex LinkedIn profile layouts.
  • Multi-tab sidebar — Contact and Prospect tabs. Auto-refresh on SPA navigation. Resync button for one-click data re-pull.
  • AI messaging — Full message generator with tone selector, progress bar, copy, and regenerate. 20+ stability fixes.

Enrichment & Data

  • Employee-size enrichment — Normalised employee count from range strings. Enrichment pulls size, industry, LinkedIn URL, and website. Fixed 3 broken size filters.
  • Native phone enrichment — 6cr direct dial, 2cr company line (cached). BYOK remains 0cr.
  • Email pattern detection — Detects email naming conventions from existing verified emails at same company for higher accuracy.
  • Company Search — Search our company database, flat 2cr per company unlock, instant contact copy.
  • Funnel tracking — Full journey timeline + 12-metric dashboard grid across email, call, and meeting events.

Security & Infrastructure

  • Rate limiting on every endpoint — Auth, API, billing, enrichment, AI, booking, and all mutation routes. Account lockout on repeated failures.
  • Agency team isolation — Contact + call log isolation enforced across all routes. Admin team view toggle. Per-user settings fully isolated in Separate mode.
  • Performance — Significant capacity upgrades, database indexing, distributed rate limiting, AI timeouts, and response caching across all AI features.
  • 34 system emails rewritten — Professional tone, anti-spam compliance, inline logo. 3 new lifecycle emails.

UX & Navigation

  • Sidebar declutter — Company Search, Search Config, and API Tokens embedded into parent pages. Pipeline renamed to Scrape Pipeline.
  • 6-step onboarding — Market, Playbook, Contact Details, Email TZ + Work Hours, Global TZ, Business Context. Setup checklist with two-timezone split.
  • UI overhaul — Sharp SVG icon system, outline button style, sortable columns, styled toasts replacing dialogs, accessible modals.
  • Feature flags — Admin toggles for prospects and recruitment. Off by default for existing tenants.
