Product Update — 23 April 2026

Navigation restructured into Discover, Engage, and Manage sections. Deep Research now maps companies directly to ICP company maps (replacing hot list picker) with automatic contact matching. Ideal Client Profiles promoted to standalone nav entry. Dialler gains a Hot Lists tab. Pipeline awareness banner shows data counts on the research page. Expand Search fixed for repeated expansions. Credit mode toggle and minute splitting bugs fixed for agency teams.

Navigation Overhaul

• Discover / Engage / Manage — Sidebar reorganised into three logical sections reflecting the prospect pipeline: discover leads, engage contacts, manage operations.
• Ideal Client Profiles — Promoted to standalone nav entry under Discover, no longer buried under Prospects.
• Lead Scraping first — Lead Scraping and Scrape Pipeline moved above Deep Research — build your pipeline before you research.

Deep Research → ICP Integration

• Add to ICP — ‘Add to Hot List’ replaced with ‘Add to ICP’ on all research results. Select companies and map them directly to an Ideal Client Profile's company map, or create a new ICP.
• Contact auto-matching — When companies are mapped to an ICP (via research or auto-mapping), existing contacts at those companies are automatically linked as prospects on the ICP.
• Generate ICP auto-populates — Generating an ICP from research results now automatically adds all found companies to the new ICP's company map.
• Pipeline awareness — Research page shows your existing company and contact counts above the search input.
• Sidebar history — Past research reports now appear in the sidebar when viewing a report detail page.

Dialler Improvements

• Hot Lists tab — New tab alongside Recent, Contacts, Favourites, and Campaigns. Shows hot list contacts with phone numbers, grouped by list name.

Bug Fixes

• Expand Search — Second and subsequent expansions now work correctly. Progress bar was being destroyed after the first expansion's summary replaced it.
• Credit mode toggle — Switching between Shared Pool and Split Evenly on agency teams now submits the correct value. Previously, the confirm modal always sent the previous selection.
• Minutes splitting — Split Evenly mode now divides the purchased minute pool (not the empty plan minutes) between team members.
• ICP company mapping — Fixed 500 error when mapping companies to ICPs (wrong field names on Company model).

Accessibility & Polish

• Nav section semantics — Section headers use role=separator with aria-label, plus subtle border separators for visual clarity.
• ICP modal accessibility — Dialog role, aria-modal, Escape key close, focus management, and close button aria-label.
• Pipeline banner — Uses role=status for assistive technology.
• Dialler empty states — Hot Lists tab shows helpful CTA linking to the hot lists page when empty.
