Product Update — 24–25 April 2026

Bounced campaign emails are now auto-detected and handled — invalid emails removed, campaigns paused at 2% bounce rate, out-of-office replies rescheduled to the return date. Indeed scraping rebuilt with faster multi-provider fallback. Inbox gains bulk archive/delete. ICP company maps gain bulk Find Contacts and Hot List actions. Campaigns get email-status filters and per-inbox daily limits. Every page in the app audited for mobile responsiveness and accessibility.

Smart Bounce Handling

• Automatic bounce detection — Undeliverable and mail-delivery-failed replies are now detected automatically from connected inboxes. The bounced email is marked invalid, and the prospect is removed from all active campaigns.
• Campaign auto-pause — If a campaign’s bounce rate exceeds 2%, it’s automatically paused to protect your sender reputation. Resume once you’ve cleaned the list.
• Out-of-office rescheduling — When an auto-reply includes a return date (‘back on 5 May’, ‘away until 28 April’), the next email is automatically rescheduled to that date instead of sending into the void.

Indeed Scraper Reliability

• Faster results — Indeed scraping rebuilt with a fast-probe-then-fallback approach. Results arrive faster with better coverage across more listings.
• Live progress — Progress bar updates in real time as results arrive, so you can see scraping happening instead of waiting in silence.
• Timeout fix — Resolved an issue where scrapes could stall at 50–54% on slow responses.

ICP Bulk Actions

• Find Contacts — Select companies on your ICP company map and bulk-find contacts at 2 credits each. Found contacts are automatically created as prospects linked to the ICP.
• Add to Hot List — Bulk-add ICP companies to any hot list, or create a new one. Progress bar shows enrichment status in real time.
• Remove from ICP — Bulk-remove companies or prospects from an ICP with a single action.
• Boolean search fix — LinkedIn Boolean Search string on the ICP list page no longer shows raw JSON encoding.

Campaign & Inbox

• Email status filters — Exclude contacts by email verification status when enrolling. Skip invalid, catch-all, or unknown emails to protect deliverability.
• Per-inbox daily limits — Edit the daily send limit for each connected inbox directly from campaign settings.
• Reply signature extraction — Phone numbers in reply email signatures are now automatically extracted and saved to the contact record.
• Inbox bulk actions — Checkboxes on every conversation row with Select All toggle. Bulk archive, unarchive, or delete up to 100 threads at once.

Hot Lists & Data

• Email status filter — Filter hot list contacts by verification status (valid, invalid, catch-all, unknown, new).
• Bulk Find Emails — Select contacts and bulk-run email enrichment with a progress bar.
• Source labels — Normalised source labels across all lists (SEEK, Indeed, LinkedIn, Reed, CSV, Manual).
• Data freshness — Australian business directory data now refreshed daily. Background enrichment runs faster with broader coverage.

Mobile & Accessibility

• Full-app audit — Every page reviewed and updated for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and UI consistency.
• Mobile-first tables — All data tables scroll horizontally on mobile with non-essential columns hidden on narrow screens.
• Responsive layouts — Dashboard, billing, research, dialler, and scheduling pages stack to single-column on narrow screens. All modals capped at 95% viewport width.
• Consistent modals — All confirmation dialogs and error notifications now use the app’s built-in modal system instead of browser defaults.
• Email open timeline — Open events now show timestamps in the recipient’s timezone with approximate location.
