  • Send to clients — Email float reports directly to Reverse Market contacts as PDF attachments. Track which reports have been sent and downloaded.

  • Branding settings — Upload your letterhead and footer images from Settings. They render on every report with full-bleed formatting.

  • Review v2 — Campaign review rebuilt as a 3-pane layout with inline setup editing, email preview with variant filtering, and real-time generation progress.
  • Send reliability — Sends are now atomic with duplicate prevention, error classification, and automatic hourly recovery for failed emails.
  • Inbox failover — If a connected inbox has an authentication issue, campaigns automatically switch to a healthy inbox instead of stalling.
  • A/B auto-winner — Statistical testing automatically identifies the winning email variant. You can also manually promote a variant at any time.
  • Smart pacing — Send rates adapt to engagement metrics and respect warmup ramp ceilings. Per-domain throttling prevents provider blocks.
  • Reply detection — AI classifies incoming replies (interested, not interested, out-of-office) and routes them appropriately. Pre-send checks catch new replies before the next email goes out.
  • Thread continuity — Campaign emails now include proper threading headers so replies stay grouped in your prospect’s inbox.

  • Always-on softphone — The softphone popout persists across page navigation. Switch between pages without dropping your call.
  • Click-to-dial from Reverse Market — Dial candidates directly from Reverse Market candidate rows and CV quick-view popovers.
  • Live transcript smoothing — Real-time call transcripts render more smoothly during active calls.
  • Sidebar launcher — Launch the softphone from a new sub-item under Dialler in the sidebar.

Chrome Extension

  • Sales Nav extraction — Extract profiles from Sales Navigator search results with tenure and company data.
  • Multi-page search scrape — Scrape across multiple pages of LinkedIn search results using in-page navigation.
  • Lists tab — Browse Hot Lists, ICP prospects, and Reverse Market candidates with a mode switcher. Status pipeline, AI messaging, and copy-to-clipboard with message logging.

  • Phone filter — Filter Reverse Market candidates by Has Phone or No Phone to prioritise outreach.
  • Hot list ICP/Reverse Market linking — Link hot lists to an ICP or Reverse Market Profile. Lists are grouped by their linked profile in a new accordion layout.
  • Colour swatches — Assign colours to hot lists for visual organisation. Colours appear on the index page and detail headers.
  • Alphabetical sorting — Hot lists, ICP, and Reverse Market lists now sort alphabetically instead of by date.
