Inbox v2 ships as a full two-pane email client promoted to top-level navigation — reading pane, channel filters (email, LinkedIn, SMS), unified composer with CC and attachments, bulk archive/delete, flag and mute toggles, and keyboard-accessible live-region announcements. Thread loading is now lazy for noticeably faster page loads.
Settings is completely redesigned: a left sub-nav with slide-out drawer replaces the old single-page layout. Account, Security, Email & Outreach, Branding, and Compliance each get their own view. Three separate blocklists merge into one Suppression List with a watchlist. Developers is renamed Integrations, and Team management surfaces in the plan tile for Pro+ admins.
The dashboard regroups into Today, Pipeline, and Campaign zones with slimmer ICP/RMP pipeline snapshot cards and lazy-loaded Recent Activity. Automatic duplicate detection raises merge suggestions when a booking creates a contact that matches an existing person — approve or dismiss from the People file or the Action Inbox. Pipeline Matches and New Leads merge into a single Monitor tab on both ICP and Reverse Market Profile workspaces. Role chips (Prospect/Candidate/Unknown) arrive on hot list rows and profile headers, and the People page gains a role-scoped stage filter. The landing page adds Done-For-You Setup positioning and shows annual totals on pricing cards. A free Claude skills library now lets you run Kolvera straight from Claude in plain English — download a skill, upload it in Claude, and go.
Inbox v2
- Top-level navigation — Inbox is promoted to a top-level nav item so your email is always one click away.
- Two-pane layout — Person rows on the left, email reading pane on the right. Select a contact to see their full thread without leaving the inbox.
- Channel filters — Filter by email, LinkedIn, or SMS in the reading pane. LinkedIn threads are read-only; email threads are fully interactive.
- Unified composer — A single compose experience shared between inbox and the People file, with CC field and attachment uploads.
- Bulk actions — Archive or delete multiple threads at once with an accessible row-actions menu.
- Flag & mute — Toggle flag or mute on any thread to keep your inbox focused.
- Faster loading — Thread detail is now lazy-loaded, so the inbox opens noticeably faster on large mailboxes.
- Cleaner previews — List rows are compact tiles showing the sender, the mailbox it was sent from or received to, and a one-line preview — and long messages in the reading pane collapse to a snippet with a Show more toggle, so the inbox is far easier to scan.
Pre-built Claude Skills
- Skills library — A free library of pre-built Claude skills for Kolvera lets you run your whole workflow from Claude in plain English — map a market, build a campaign, enrich contacts, manage your pipeline, run the morning briefing. Download a skill and upload it in Claude (Customise → Skills); no clone, no command line.
- Grouped by what you’re doing — Skills are organised into Find, Organise, and Engage, each with a step-by-step walkthrough so you know exactly what to ask for.
- One click from the app — A banner and the Agent-ready section on the site link straight to the library and the Claude + Kolvera setup guide. Browse them at github.com/kolverahq/kolvera-skills.
Settings Redesign
- Slide-out drawer — Settings switches to a left sub-nav with a slide-out drawer, matching the People file pattern. Each section opens inline instead of loading a new page.
- Unified Suppression List — The three separate blocklists (email, domain, company) are merged into a single Suppression List with type filtering and a watchlist.
- Reorganised sections — Account, Security, Email & Outreach, Branding, and Compliance each get a dedicated drawer view. Compliance links to Mailbox Health instead of duplicating it.
- Integrations — The Developers section is renamed to Integrations for clarity.
- Team management — A Team link appears in your plan tile if you’re an admin on Pro or Agency, taking you straight to seat management.
Dashboard Refresh
- Today / Pipeline / Campaign zones — The dashboard is regrouped into three clear zones so you see your morning brief, pipeline snapshots, and campaign status at a glance.
- Slimmer profile cards — ICP and Reverse Market Profile cards shrink to pipeline snapshots showing key counts, freeing space for what matters today.
- Lazy-loaded activity — Recent Activity loads on demand and starts collapsed, so the dashboard opens faster.
Duplicate Detection
- Automatic merge suggestions — When a meeting booking creates a new contact whose name matches an existing person, Kolvera raises a merge suggestion automatically.
- People-file banner — A banner on the matched person’s file lets you approve (merge) or dismiss the suggestion, routed through the Action Inbox for audit.
- Safe merging — A confirmation step shows exactly what will be combined before you approve, preventing accidental merges.
Monitor Consolidation
- Single Monitor tab — Pipeline Matches and New Leads are merged into one Monitor tab on both ICP and Reverse Market Profile workspaces, giving you one place to review all job board activity.
- Auto-map explainer — The job board monitoring modal now explains how auto-mapping works, so new users understand why roles appear under their profiles.
- Bulk dismiss — Dismiss filtered monitor results in bulk from the Reverse Market Profile workspace.
People & Hot Lists
- Stage filter — The People page gains a role-scoped stage filter, so you can view just prospects at a specific pipeline stage or candidates at a specific status.
- Role chips everywhere — Prospect (P), Candidate (C), and Unknown (U) role chips now appear on hot list member rows and ICP/RMP tab headers for quick identification.
- Inbox role pills — Inbox rows display the same role pills as the People file, so you know who you’re emailing at a glance.
Polish
- Done-For-You Setup — Annual Pro and Agency plans now include free Done-For-You setup, highlighted on the landing page and pricing.
- Annual totals on pricing — Pricing cards show the annual total alongside the monthly rate, making the saving clearer.
- E-signature accessibility — The public signing page gains keyboard navigation and a draft guard preventing premature signatures.
