Phone enrichment is now a flat 2 credits — 20 July 2026

TL;DR

Phone enrichment is cheaper. A direct dial was 6 credits and is now 2. A direct dial surfaced from the Kolvera network was 3 credits and is now 2. Company lines were already 2 credits and are unchanged. Everything the phone waterfall can return now costs the same flat 2 credits as finding an email.

We dropped a paid phone provider from the lookup chain, so a direct dial no longer costs us what it used to. Rather than keep the old price, we passed it on.

Cached company lines cost 1 credit, and company main lines already stored on your account remain free. Bring-your-own-key phone enrichment remains free of Kolvera credits.

Scheduled SEEK scans now cover three days, not seven. A routine scan will return fewer jobs than it used to — it is the same board, over a shorter window, and nothing is dropped as long as your scans run daily.

What changed

  • Direct dial — now 2 credits, down from 6. A personal direct dial found fresh for a specific contact.
  • Network-discovered direct dial — now 2 credits, down from 3. A direct dial surfaced from numbers already discovered across the Kolvera network. It is no longer priced differently from a fresh one.
  • Fresh company line — 2 credits, unchanged.
  • Cached company line — 1 credit. A company main line served from the network cache rather than looked up fresh. This also covers a cached number whose type was never recorded, such as one that arrived through a CSV or extension import — those bill at this lower company rate, never as a direct dial.
  • Numbers already on your account — free, unchanged. So is bring-your-own-key phone enrichment.
  • The LinkedIn extension's direct dial lookup follows the same cut — 2 credits, down from 6.

Why

  • The price followed the cost down — we dropped a paid phone data subscription from the lookup chain. A direct dial now costs us close to nothing to return, so charging 6 credits for one could no longer be justified. The flat 2 credits matches what an email costs, which is also what most people assumed phone enrichment cost.
  • One price is easier to reason about — the old 6/3/2/0 ladder meant you could not predict what a bulk phone run would cost until it finished. Now you can: 2 credits per number found, and nothing when nothing is found.

SEEK scan window

  • Scheduled and manual SEEK scans now look back three days instead of seven — so a scan returns fewer results than the same scan did last week. This is a narrower window on the same board, not a narrower search: with scans running daily, nothing new is missed. If you deliberately want a wider sweep, set the date range on the scrape config.
  • Why we changed it — a seven-day window meant every routine scan re-pulled listings we had already ingested days earlier, which we were paying for twice. Three days still comfortably covers a weekend or a paused scan.
