TL;DR
We believe pricing changes should never be silent, so this is the dedicated record of one.
Starter (A$69/mo) is retired. Pro is now the entry plan at A$119/mo annually. Agency is now called Scale, and it now includes 6,000 credits a month, up from 5,000 — at the same A$299/mo.
If you are already on Pro, nothing changes. If you are on Scale, you get 1,000 extra credits a month from your next renewal, at no extra cost. Nobody is being moved off a plan they are on, and no per-action credit cost has changed.
What changed
- Two plans instead of three — Starter is retired. Pro (A$119/mo annual, A$143 monthly) is the entry plan, with 2,250 credits, 6,000 scrapes and 3 seats.
- Agency is now Scale — Same plan, same A$299/mo annual price, clearer name. It is our volume tier, not a headcount tier: a solo recruiter running a busy desk can sit on Scale without a team.
- Scale now includes 6,000 credits — up from 5,000, at no extra cost. Applies from your next renewal.
- Extra seats are unchanged — still A$49/seat/mo on Scale, still adding 1,000 credits each.
- No per-action credit costs changed — enrichment, research, campaigns and scraping all cost exactly what they did yesterday.
Why
- Three plans was one too many — The choice between them was the slowest part of signing up, and Starter's limits meant most people outgrew it quickly.
- Scale should reward volume — It previously worked out slightly more expensive per credit than Pro, which is backwards for a bigger plan. At 6,000 credits it is now the better rate, which is how it should have been.
- Nobody is being moved — If you are on a plan today, you stay on it at the price you agreed. This affects what we sell from here, not what you already pay.
