Weekly Update — Week ending 2 August 2026

TL;DR

Reverse Market Profiles gain a full side drawer: view the pitch, targets, call facts, campaigns and actions in one place, and edit the pitch inline. A Find Hiring Managers button identifies relevant hiring contacts at target companies. The Talent Pool shows a profile badge for each RMP and a “Take to market” shortcut. The one-pager button now copies a share link.

The Desk Review copilot runs inside a proper drawer with a progress bar, per-action approve/reject, and a saved history. When it finds a data gap it can propose a company research action to fill it.

Campaigns can now be archived rather than deleted, step delays are editable after creation, and an archive date filter helps find old campaigns. You can place a person from their own file page, not just from the list. Three CRM connectors — previously labelled “Coming Soon” — are now live.

Job board scans look back 31 days on a desk’s first run, giving you a wider initial net. Discovery rows show distinct source favicons for each board.

Reverse Market Profile drawer

  • Full profile in a side drawer — view pitch, targets, call facts, campaigns and actions without leaving the page.
  • Editable pitch — click into the pitch section and edit it inline. Changes save immediately.
  • Find Hiring Managers — a button on the drawer identifies relevant hiring contacts at the RMP’s target companies.
  • Talent Pool badge — the Talent Pool page now shows a profile badge for each RMP, and a “Take to market” shortcut opens the drawer.
  • Click-to-correct call facts — fix a call fact directly from the drawer instead of navigating to edit it.
  • One-pager share link — the one-pager button now copies a share link to your clipboard rather than navigating away.
  • Also pitched on — the drawer shows which other desks a candidate has been pitched to, with add and remove controls.

Desk Review copilot

  • Drawer interface — the desk review now runs inside a proper side drawer with a live progress bar, replacing the previous card layout.
  • Per-action approval — review each proposed fix individually and approve or reject it. Approved actions apply immediately.
  • Review history — past reviews are saved and can be reopened from the drawer.
  • Proposes research — when the copilot finds a data gap it can propose a company research action to fill it, so a review can fix the problem it found.

Campaigns

  • Archive instead of delete — retire a campaign without losing its history. Archived campaigns stay searchable but leave your active list.
  • Editable step delays — change the wait time between campaign steps after creation.
  • Archive date filter — filter the campaign list by archive date to find old campaigns quickly.

People & Integrations

  • Place from file — place a person directly from their file page, not just from the People list.
  • Three CRM connectors now live — connectors previously labelled “Coming Soon” are now fully available.

Scraping & fixes

  • 31-day lookback on first scan — a desk’s first job board scan now looks back a full month, giving you a wider initial net of active roles.
  • Distinct source favicons — discovery rows on desk boards show a unique favicon for each job board, so you can tell at a glance where a role was found.
  • Morning Briefing fix — saving your Morning Briefing settings no longer silently removes the hiring signals section.
  • Settings navigation — fixed dead-ends and broken deep links in the settings sub-nav.
  • Shared market reports — reports shared externally no longer include internal desk targeting information.
