Two actions that were free now cost 1 credit. Nothing else about how you are billed has changed — email enrichment, contact unlocks, scraping, Deep Research and Intelligence Reports are all unchanged, and prospect message generation stays free.
What changed
- Why these are changing — each action was measured over 90 days of real usage against what it costs us in AI processing. Seven were at or below cost.
- Now 1 credit (was free) — prospect intel extraction and candidate intel extraction.
- Now 2 credits — research (was 1), ICP refine (was 1), candidate ICP define and refine (was 1), screening questions (was 1), and BD call prep (was 1).
- Now 3 credits — AI ICP generation (was 2), which makes three separate AI calls per run.
- Unchanged — prospect message generation stays free. Email enrichment, contact unlocks, scraping, Deep Research and Intelligence Reports are all unchanged.
