Atlas CRM Integration
Connect Kolvera to Atlas to automatically sync contacts and push call notes from the dialler.
Setup Steps
- Log in to your Atlas account and go to Settings
- Click the Developers tab
- Click Create new API key
- Name it
Kolvera - Set scopes: People: Read-Write, Companies: Read-Write
- Copy the API key (you won't see it again)
- Go to Integrations in Kolvera and paste your key
Where to Find Your Credentials
API Key / Token:
https://recruitwithatlas.com — Settings → Developers → API Keys
Required Scopes:
People (Read-Write), Companies (Read-Write)
What Gets Synced
Atlas CRM → Kolvera
- Contacts with a company are imported as enriched contacts
- Companies are matched automatically
- Syncs every 5 minutes when auto-sync is enabled
- Duplicates are skipped (matched by email or phone)
Kolvera → Atlas CRM
- Contacts are pushed when enriched with an email
- Call notes (AI summary, transcript) pushed after dialler calls
- Contacts are upserted (created or updated)
- Source tagged as "Kolvera" for attribution
Team Setup
Each team member connects their own Atlas CRM account separately. Go to Integrations and each user enters their own credentials. Call notes are pushed to the user's own Atlas CRM account, and synced contacts are owned by the user who connected.
