What CRM Data Syncs
Contacts — name, email, phone, title, and company are pushed when a contact is enriched or its stage changes.
Companies — name, domain, industry, location, and employee count.
Pipeline stage — stage advances in Kolvera write a corresponding stage update to the connected CRM.
Notes and call logs — call summaries and manual notes can be pushed as CRM activity records (configurable per integration).
Campaign enrolment — enrolment and unenrolment events can be written as CRM activities.
Webhooks
If your CRM is not in the list above, use the webhook integration. Kolvera fires a JSON payload to your endpoint on key events: contact enriched, stage advanced, reply received, campaign completed. Configure the webhook URL and secret on the Integrations page.
