Define your target clients and let AI match companies automatically.
Creating an ICP
AI generation — describe your target client in plain English. AI generates a full profile: Hiring Manager Titles, industries, locations, company sizes, pain points, value proposition, differentiators, objection handling, disqualifiers, hooks, and SEEK keywords (2 cr). Uses your business context from Settings to write accurate seller-framed content.
Roles I Recruit — a free-text, editable field on the ICP describing the vacancies you fill. It is derived from your target titles but you can edit it any time, and it tunes job board monitoring and lead matching to the roles you actually recruit for.
Hiring Manager Titles — the decision-maker titles you sell to at each company. Used to find prospects and to build the LinkedIn Boolean search.
Disqualifiers and hooks — AI-generated disqualifiers (reasons to reject a company) and hooks (conversation openers) are included in every profile. Both feed into Deep Research and pipeline matching for tighter targeting.
Consistency checks — generated profiles are automatically checked for contradictions — mismatched size ranges, location gaps, overlapping criteria — with warnings shown before saving.
From research — generate an ICP directly from Deep Research results. AI analyses the researched companies and builds a generic profile. All found companies are automatically added to the ICP's company map with contact matching.
From company — generate an ICP from any company detail page using verified company data.
Contact auto-matching — when a company is mapped to an ICP, existing contacts at that company are automatically linked as prospects on the ICP.
Company Matching
Auto-mapping — companies discovered via Deep Research or enrichment are automatically matched to relevant ICPs by industry and location
Multi-ICP support — a company can match multiple ICPs if it fits more than one profile
Canonical industry matching — industry matching uses a canonical taxonomy with token-level overlap, replacing loose string comparisons for fewer false positives
Employee size enforcement — numeric employee bounds from your ICP are hard filters. Companies outside your stated range are excluded from research and pipeline matching
Company map — each ICP has a company map showing matched companies with tier, industry, location, and size columns
Pipeline Matches and New Leads
Every ICP has two discovery tabs — Pipeline Matches (scraped roles at companies already mapped to the profile) and New Leads (keyword-matched quality roles at companies not yet in the profile, where you can Add to profile or Dismiss). See Prospects and Pipeline for the full explainer.
The ICP Workspace
Each ICP is a working desk for that target market — open it and everything you need to discover, enrich, and action accounts is in one place.
New Leads and Pipeline Matches tabs — the two discovery tabs covered above; ordered by recency so the freshest signals are at the top.
Job Board Monitoring slide-out — open the panel to refresh job boards for this profile. SEEK and Indeed run on a schedule; LinkedIn is Refresh-now only (run it by hand when you want fresh roles). Search keywords are inline-editable so you can retune what the monitor surfaces.
Edit Profile slide-out — adjust titles, industries, locations, sizes, and the rest of the profile in a side panel without leaving the desk.
Roles I Recruit — the editable field describing the vacancies you fill; it tunes job board monitoring and lead matching to the roles you actually recruit for.
Watchlist — star companies you want to keep an eye on. Starred companies surface on your morning brief.
Build Target Hot List
The Build Target Hot List button on the ICP Companies tab ranks the companies matched to the profile and builds a hot list from the strongest fits — contacts and company metadata pre-populated. Each company is given a tier (Hot Lead, Target, or Nurture), shown in the Tier column and editable by hand, and you can pick a weighting preset (balanced, recruitment, or SaaS sales) to suit your desk. See Hot Lists for what you can do next.
Prospects on this ICP
Contacts you are selling to at mapped companies appear with a prospect role on the unified People page, linked back to this ICP. Within the ICP view:
Grouped by company — prospects are grouped by company with expandable rows, so you can see all contacts at each target company
Inline enrichment — Find Email and Find Phone buttons appear in empty cells for quick enrichment directly from the ICP view
Email status pills — email verification status shown as coloured pills (valid, catch-all, unverified, invalid, new, unknown) across all pages
ICP Detail
Inline editing — click any field on the ICP detail page to edit it directly. No separate edit mode — textareas auto-size to content
Fuzzy duplicate detection — creating an ICP with a name similar to an existing one triggers a nudge to prevent accidental duplicates
ICP Index
Card tiles — ICPs displayed as cards with company count, prospect count, and Active badge
People filtering — filter the unified People page by ICP to see the prospects tied to each profile
Boolean search — each ICP auto-generates a LinkedIn-ready boolean search string from its Hiring Manager Titles
