Role Intel — generated from a Reverse Market Profile. Covers experience benchmarks, compensation context, target employer mapping, and candidate positioning. Useful for client conversations when presenting a candidate.

How to Generate

Open any ICP or Reverse Market Profile detail page and click Generate Intelligence Report. Reports take 30–60 seconds to build. You can also generate reports via MCP tools (generate_market_intel_report and generate_role_intel_report).

Each report costs 10 credits.

Cross-Linking

When an ICP and a Reverse Market Profile share a connection, their intelligence reports cross-link automatically. Market Intel references relevant candidates; Role Intel references relevant companies.

Outreach Briefs

Key talking points from intelligence reports are injected into LinkedIn messages, campaign emails, and candidate communications. The AI draws on report data to write more relevant outreach without you copying and pasting.
