Library

Everything Kolvera has generated for you, in one list. The Library indexes every deliverable — float profiles, intelligence reports, research, e-sign documents, reference reports and form submissions — so you stop hunting for the report you know you made last month.

What Lands Here

Float Profiles — anonymised candidate one-pagers generated for Float campaigns.
Intel Reports — Market Intel and Role Intel PDFs.
Research — saved Deep Research runs.
E-Sign — documents sent for signature, with their current status.
References — compiled reference reports.
Forms — your registration forms and the submissions they have received. Since Forms is not a sidebar item, this is the usual way back into one: open it here to see its submissions, then Edit to reopen the builder.

Only the types you actually have appear as filters — a desk that has never generated a reference report will not show a Reference filter.

Using It

The Library is read-only: it finds things, it does not generate them. Everything is listed newest first, with the person or company it belongs to, its status, and a link straight to the record it came from. Filter by type from the chips at the top.

Reach it from Library in the sidebar footer.

Documents on a Record

The same index runs per-record. Open a person or a company and the Documents tab shows only the deliverables tied to them — so when a client asks what you last sent them, the answer is on their page rather than in your sent items.

Sharing

Deliverables that support a shared link expose it here, so you can hand a client a live URL rather than an attachment. Sharing stays off until you enable it on the individual item.

Cost

Free. The Library indexes work you have already paid for — browsing, filtering and opening cost nothing. Generating a new deliverable is priced by whatever generated it; see Credits & Plans.
