Team
Manage your team's seats, credit allocation, and data visibility from a single settings panel.
Members
Invite by email — send an invite to any email address. The recipient creates an account and is automatically added to your team on sign-up.
Roles — two roles available: Admin (full access including billing and settings) and Member (full operational access, no billing or team management).
Seats — seat count is set by your plan. Pro includes 3 seats, Agency includes 5 base seats. Extra seats can be added on Agency at A$49/seat/month (+1,000 credits each).
Remove member — removing a member frees their seat immediately. Their data (contacts, notes, tasks) remains in the workspace.
Resource Allocation
Shared credit pool — all team members draw from a single workspace credit balance. There is no per-seat credit ring-fencing; each added Agency seat increases the shared pool (+1,000 credits per extra seat).
Addon credits — purchased credit top-up packs are added to the shared pool and are never reset at billing renewal.
Data Isolation
Shared (default) — all team members see all contacts, companies, prospects, and campaign data in the workspace. Best for small teams with shared territories.
Separate — each member only sees records they created. Admins always see everything. Best for agencies where consultants manage their own books without overlap.
Data isolation mode is set at the workspace level by an Admin. Switching modes does not delete data — it only changes the visibility filter applied to each member's view.
