Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credits never expire. Deduction order: monthly credits first, then purchased (oldest first).
Cancellation and retention offers
Account administrators can cancel from Billing after selecting a brief exit reason. Paid access continues until the displayed cancellation date. Eligible offers show their full charge and renewal terms before acceptance. During a prepaid retention offer, plan credits still reset monthly and purchased credits carry forward. Separately billed extra seats retain their own charges.

Dialler (BYOK)
If you already use Ringover or Dialpad, you can connect it on Pro and above from the Integrations page and place calls inside that provider's panel. There's no add-on charge and no minute packs — your provider handles numbers, minutes, and billing directly.
