Candidate role outreach prepares a message about one client job. Review candidate, role evidence, channel and destination before queuing an action; a fit result is not permission to contact someone.

Prepare one reviewed action

  1. Open the client job Shortlist and choose Role outreach for the candidate. Use Explain fit when you need to inspect the role match first. Check that role and candidate information are current.
  2. Preview role outreach. Review message, evidence, recipient and selected channel.
  3. Approve the exact preview to manually queue the action. Preview alone does not send.
  4. Check delivery state before retrying or preparing another message.

Current availability

Role outreach is a controlled pilot. Production email pilot approval does not establish full LinkedIn delivery acceptance. LinkedIn destination and installed-extension acceptance remain pending; do not assume every channel is ready.

Native meeting-derived outreach has its own later-release restriction. Registered API or MCP tools do not grant pilot access or bypass restrictions.

Stop or reconcile work

Use the role-outreach stop action to cancel unsent outreach and linked queue work. Stopping unsent work cannot recall delivered messages. If delivery is uncertain, review the receipt and current state before retrying; uncertainty does not mean failure.

Role outreach is separate from client submission and ongoing campaigns. Review purpose and recipient so candidate-facing communication is not mistaken for a client message.

Access

Record access, channel consent and contact restrictions still apply. See API & MCP for preview, enrolment and stop tools.
