Share a public booking link and let prospects pick a time that works — no back-and-forth emails, no double-bookings, automatic Google Meet link included.

Scheduling link — public booking page with available slots and timezone detection

Setup

  1. Create a scheduling link — go to Settings, open Scheduling Links, and click New Link. Give it a name (e.g. "30-min Intro Call") and set the meeting duration.
  2. Set your availability — define which days and hours you accept bookings. Add buffer time before and after meetings if needed. Set any date-range blocks for leave or unavailability.
  3. Copy and share the link — paste it into your email signature, campaign footer, or send it directly. The link is permanently accessible at a unique public URL.

How It Works

Public booking page — visitors see a clean page with your name, meeting title, duration, and available slots. No Kolvera account is required to book.
Timezone-aware — the booking page detects the visitor's local timezone and displays all slots in their time. Slots are stored as UTC and converted on render.
Booking confirmation — on booking, the visitor receives a confirmation email with the meeting details and a Google Meet link. You receive a notification in Kolvera.
Google Meet link — a unique Meet link is generated automatically for every booking. No manual link creation required.
Availability rules — Kolvera checks your Google Calendar in real time and hides slots that are already occupied. Buffer times and minimum notice periods are enforced automatically.
Notifications — new bookings and cancellations appear in the Kolvera notification centre and are emailed to you immediately.
