Two related client-facing flows: collect candidate references via a branded form, and send a client a Terms of Business for e-signature — both trackable end to end.

References

Send reference-check requests to a candidate's referees through a branded form link, then track each request as it moves through its stages.

  1. Send reference-check requests to the candidate's referees — each receives a branded form link.
  2. Track status as it progresses: sent → viewed → completed (or declined).
  3. Once references are in, compile a reference report drawing the completed responses together.
Sent — the request has gone to the referee.
Viewed — the referee has opened the form.
Completed — the referee has submitted their response.
Declined — the referee has declined to provide a reference.

Terms of Business

Generate a Terms of Business document for a client, send it for e-signature, and track its status through to signed.

  1. Generate a Terms of Business document for the client.
  2. Send it for e-signature.
  3. Track status as the client views and signs.

Through the Review Queue

Both flows can be queued for your approval rather than sent directly. When an automation drafts a reference request or a Terms of Business, it lands in the Review Queue as a card — review the preview, then approve to send or dismiss.
