Getting Started (BYOK)

The dialler is Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) only — you connect your existing Ringover or Dialpad account, and calls happen inside that provider's own panel. Kolvera does not provision phone numbers, charge per-minute rates, or sell minute packs; your provider handles numbers, minutes, and billing directly. Configure your provider credentials in Settings under Enrichment Providers.

Pro and Agency only. BYOK — no add-on charge.

Supported Providers

Ringover — iframe SDK integration. Calls are placed and received inside Ringover's panel, embedded in Kolvera. Call events are captured for logging against the contact.
Dialpad — CTI iframe integration. Dialpad handles the call UI; Kolvera captures basic call metadata for logging.

During a Call

Contact panel — the contact's profile, recent notes, and campaign history are shown alongside your provider's panel for quick reference.
Live notes — add call notes in real time without leaving the view.

After a Call

Call log — calls are logged against the contact with duration, direction (inbound/outbound), and outcome, viewable on the contact detail page.
Note auto-save — notes taken during the call are saved to the contact's activity feed on hang-up.

Connecting Your Provider

  1. Get your credentials — from your Ringover or Dialpad account.
  2. Add them in Settings — Settings → Enrichment Providers → Dialler provider (Pro and Agency).
  3. Open a contact — click Call to bring up your provider's panel pre-populated with the number.
  4. Take the call — placed and handled by your connected provider.
  5. Hang up — your notes save to the contact's activity feed.
