Review My Desk
A desk that is quietly misconfigured looks exactly like a desk with nothing happening. Review my desk reads your desk's actual settings and results, then hands back plain-language findings — most of them with a button that applies the fix. 2 credits, charged only when a review completes.
Why It Exists
Empty boards rarely mean an empty market. Far more often the title keywords are too narrow, monitoring was never switched on, the location is wrong, or every company on the board is unresearched so nothing can be scored. Those causes look identical from the outside — a desk with no new leads.
The review looks at the things you would check by hand if you knew where to look, and tells you which one is actually biting.
Running One
- Open the desk and choose Review my desk.
- The review runs in the background — navigate away if you like, it keeps going.
- Findings appear in a drawer on the desk, ordered by how much they matter.
Reading the Findings
Each finding carries a severity so you know what to do first:
One-Tap Fixes
Most findings come with the fix attached — press the button and it happens, using the same controls you would have used yourself. Typical fixes include switching monitoring on, adding exclude keywords, adding a company to the exclude list, suggesting sub-niches, editing a desk field, opening the scrape config, running a scan, and researching or finding contacts at mapped companies.
Cost
2 credits per review, charged only when a review completes. If the review fails, you are not charged. Applying the fixes it suggests is free unless the fix itself is a paid action, in which case it is priced normally and confirmed before it runs.
There is no schedule — a review runs when you ask for one. Running it after a big change to a desk, or when a board has gone quiet, is when it earns its keep.
