New Contacts from Replies
"I've left the business — please contact Jordan." Every out-of-office and auto-reply that names someone else is a lead hiding in your inbox. Kolvera reads those replies, extracts the named alternate, and drafts them as a new contact for your approval — nothing is added to your records without you saying so. Free — no credits.
How It Works
- A reply lands — an out-of-office, an auto-reply, or a "I've moved on — contact Jordan" handover note.
- Kolvera parses it for a named alternate: who to contact instead, and any email address or phone number given for them.
- If the extraction passes the quality guards (below), a review card is drafted into your Action Inbox with the new person's details and the reply they came from.
- Approve to add them to your records; Dismiss to discard. Nothing is created until you approve.
Quality Guards
Not every auto-reply names a useful person, so extractions are filtered hard before a card is drafted:
Approving a Card
The card shows who was found, their contact details, and the reply text they were extracted from. On approval the contact is added to your records — and when the original message came from a campaign, the card can offer Enrol in the campaign so the new person picks up the thread the old one dropped.
Where It Listens
Cost
Free. Parsing replies and drafting the review card costs no credits — you only spend credits if you later choose to enrich the new contact.
