Jobs brings client roles into one workspace view. A client job, its candidate Shortlist and its public advertisement are separate: saving one does not automatically create or publish the others.

Create and find jobs

  1. Open Clients, select the client and open Jobs → Add job.
  2. Save the role brief, location, work type and commercial details. Keep fee-basis salary separate from OTE, and check currency.
  3. Open Jobs in the sidebar. Filter by job status, listed/unlisted status or your own jobs.
  4. Open the client role to maintain its Shortlist. Archive completed work when appropriate; archived history remains available.

Prepare and submit a candidate

Start with a candidate in the linked Desk's Talent Pool. Use the preparation action to select or create the relevant client job, then review candidate and role context. Preparation stays private and is not a client submission.

Review the submission recipient, email and attachments before explicitly sending. The reviewed submission workflow creates the client Shortlist entry; adding someone to a Talent Pool alone does not submit them. Check uncertain delivery before trying again.

Work the Shortlist

Record interview, submission, offer, placement, decline or withdrawal outcomes against the specific role. Book client interviews from the Job shortlist; review attendees, time, timezone and optional video link before creating invitations.

Save and preview the offer summary PDF and email before sending. Confirming a placement is separate, with its own fee and date review. Removing or withdrawing an entry retains history. Starting a second Shortlist outcome after reversing a placement is not available yet.

Publish an agency job board

  1. On Jobs, choose Create agency board link, or open your existing agency board.
  2. Open a job and edit its Candidate listing: public title, advertisement, location, salary or rate, and work type. Use only information approved for public sharing.
  3. Review and approve the exact public listing, then switch publication on. Saving changed copy switches the listing off; approve the changed version before publishing again.
  4. Share your recruiter board link. An administrator can set workspace branding and an exact HTTPS website origin for embedding. Copy the embed code shown on Jobs after embedding is configured.

Internal role approval is separate from public listing approval. Meeting-derived publication has additional release restrictions; see Meeting Notes.

Review applications

Read application answers and attached CVs, then mark the application New, Reviewed or Declined. For a reviewed application, choose Match existing Person, review the matching Person and destination Desk, then confirm linking. If the match is a prospect, review the option to add candidate role while preserving their existing role and owner. Hidden duplicates or inaccessible matches need administrator review. Creating a new Person directly from a job application is not available yet.

Application review does not email the applicant, add them to a client Shortlist or submit them to a client. Use the separate preparation and reviewed submission workflow.

Access

Jobs and applications follow record access; viewers cannot edit jobs; editing and publication require permission. Board branding is administrator-only. Visitors see published listing content, not internal role notes, fees or Shortlists.
