A headhunt search surface where candidates are pooled directly against a client — no Reverse Market Profile required — with stackable filters for fast shortlisting.

Talent Pool — stackable filters and pooled candidates

Direct Pooling

A Talent Pool links candidates directly to a client (an ICP) through a membership junction. There's no Reverse Market Profile in the way — you pool a candidate against a client and they appear in that client's pool immediately. It's built for headhunting: a fast, curated shortlist you keep warm against a specific client's needs.

Multi-ICP Membership

A single candidate can sit in several clients' pools at once. Pooling a candidate against one client doesn't remove them from another — membership is per-client, so a strong candidate can be in play across multiple mandates.

Stackable Filters

Layer filters to narrow a pool quickly. Filters stack — each one further refines the list rather than replacing the last.

Title / company search — free-text search across candidate titles and companies.
Role family — group candidates by the broad family of their role.
Tenure band — filter by how long a candidate has been in their current role.

Columns

Title — the candidate's current title.
In-role — how long they've been in that role, normalised so candidates are comparable regardless of how the source recorded their start date.

Time-in-role normalisation converts varied source data into a consistent in-role figure, so the tenure band filter and the In-role column line up across every candidate in the pool.

Adding Candidates

Pool candidates from wherever you find them. Every path runs classify-on-add, so a candidate is tagged and ready to filter the moment they enter the pool.

  1. People list — select candidates and use Add to Talent Pool.
  2. Hot List — pool candidates from a curated Hot List.
  3. Chrome extension — pool a candidate straight from LinkedIn while sourcing.
  4. MCP — pool candidates programmatically via the Kolvera MCP tools.

Suggestions

The pool surfaces suggested candidates — people who fit the client but aren't pooled yet — so you can grow the shortlist without starting a fresh search. Review a suggestion and add it to the pool in one step.
