Track prospects through structured sales stages from first contact to closed deal. A prospect is a person flagged for active outreach — same People file, with a Prospect role tab and the Pipeline view.
Adding a Prospect Role
Prospects aren't a separate page — adding a prospect role to a person surfaces them in the Prospect tab on the People page and in the Pipeline view.
From a person's file — open anyone on the People page and add a prospect role with ICP selection
Bulk from People — select multiple people and add a prospect role to them all in one action
From hot lists — add every person in a hot list as a prospect with ICP selector
ICP selection — choose which ICP to associate the prospect with at the time of creation
Always on — the prospect role is available on all plans as a core feature
Pipeline Stages
Every prospect moves through one status track from first contact to placement:
Identified — newly added prospect, not yet contacted
Contacted — outreach sent, awaiting a reply
Replied — the prospect has responded
Meeting Booked — a meeting is on the calendar
Terms Signed — terms of business agreed
Placed — deal closed
Dead — no longer being worked
New Leads and Pipeline Matches
This is the canonical explainer — every ICP and Reverse Market Profile shares the same two discovery tabs, scoped to that profile. Scraped job-board roles (SEEK and Indeed on a schedule, LinkedIn on Refresh-now) and CSV imports split into two views so you always know what's new versus what you're already working:
Pipeline Matches — scraped roles at companies already mapped to the profile (an ICP or Reverse Market Profile), grouped so you can track every open role against an account you're already working.
New Leads — keyword-matched quality roles at companies not yet in the profile. Each row shows company, title, location, salary, and days live.
Add to profile — on any New Leads row, click Add to profile to map that company into the profile. It moves to Pipeline Matches and its contacts auto-link as prospects.
Dismiss — hide a New Leads row you are not interested in so it stops appearing in the tab.
Scrape cadence
SEEK and Indeed run on a schedule for each profile. LinkedIn is Refresh-now only — run it by hand from the Job Board Monitoring slide-out when you want fresh roles. Search keywords are inline-editable, so you can retune what the monitor surfaces at any time.
Companies
Account-based CRM — every interaction with a company in one place, across overview, BD activity, research intel, signals, contacts, job leads, call and email history. See Company Search for the full company detail tab list.
Company Watchlist
Monitor companies without blocking or deleting them. Watched companies show an orange eye icon on Pipeline and Companies pages.
Toggle — click the eye button on company detail or use the Block dropdown
Filter — use the Watchlist dropdown on Pipeline or Companies to show only watched companies
Manage — view all watched companies in Settings → Watchlist
CSV Import and Export
Import companies from CSV with auto-detect columns (company, domain, state, industry, size, status). Deduplicates by company name. Export filtered or selected companies to CSV.
Priority and Status
Priority is automatic based on recency: HOT (≤7 days), WARM (≤14 days), MONITOR (≤30 days), LOW (>30 days)
Status tracks your outreach progress: New → Contacted → Replied → Meeting Booked → Terms Signed → Placed → Dead
Bulk actions: select multiple rows to change status, priority, or assignment in one click
Prospect features
Full People file — open any prospect to view their complete record with email history, activity, campaigns, meetings, and enrichment data
Bulk actions — select multiple prospects to change stage, add to a hot list, enrol in a campaign, or remove from the pipeline
ICP association — each prospect can be linked to an Ideal Client Profile, showing which target market they belong to
Target role — track which vacancy you're recruiting for against each prospect. Visible on the Prospect tab and ICP detail.
The prospect role is available on all plans — no module activation required. One person can hold both a prospect and a candidate role at the same time, all from the same People file.
