Settings
All workspace configuration lives in Settings — from your outreach playbook and enrichment providers to API tokens and compliance controls.
Playbook
Business Context — describe your agency, your market, and what you do. This context is injected into every AI generation (campaigns, ICPs, research) to produce accurate, seller-framed output.
Outreach persona — set the name and role that AI-generated emails are written from. Defaults to your account name.
Timezone — set your local timezone. Used for campaign sending schedules, scheduling links, and task due-date displays.
Outreach Settings
Email Inboxes — connect Gmail or Outlook inboxes via OAuth. Each inbox is assigned a display name and colour. Multiple inboxes are supported.
Daily send ramp — new inboxes should start at 2 emails/day and ramp gradually: 2 / 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 over 4 weeks. Maintenance: 10/day. Hard cap: 25/day per inbox. Set the daily cap per inbox in the inbox settings panel.
Sending signature — configure a plain-text or HTML email signature appended to all outbound emails from each inbox.
Unsubscribe footer — automatically appended to all campaign emails. Cannot be disabled on active campaigns.
Agency Blocklist
Competitor domains — add competitor agency domains. Contacts at blocked domains are never enrolled in campaigns and are excluded from enrichment.
Blocklisted companies — add specific company names or domains to exclude from all outreach and enrichment across the workspace.
Enrichment Providers
Native enrichment — enabled by default on all paid plans. Uses Kolvera's built-in provider waterfall for email and phone enrichment. The search itself is free; found email contacts cost 2 cr each (phone enrichment is priced separately).
BYOK email — bring your own email-enrichment provider API key. BYOK enrichment runs before native enrichment in the waterfall. Pro and Agency only.
BYOK phone — bring your own phone enrichment API key. Runs first in the phone waterfall, 0 credits charged. Pro and Agency only.
Dialler provider — optionally connect your own Ringover or Dialpad account for BYOK calling. Pro and Agency only.
Automations
Opt-in automations draft actions for you and route them to the Review Queue (Action Inbox) so nothing fires without your say-so. Manage them under Settings → Automations.
Re-engagement sweep — periodically surfaces stale contacts and drafts a fresh outreach message for you to approve or dismiss.
Reference nudge — prompts you to request references at the right point in a placement.
Post-call follow-up — after a call, drafts the suggested next action for review.
Meeting prep — for upcoming meetings, prepares an AI brief (and, for candidate meetings, screening prep) ready when you need it.
Email Compliance
Unsubscribe list — view and manage unsubscribed contacts. Unsubscribed contacts are permanently excluded from all future campaign emails.
Bounce handling — hard-bounced email addresses are flagged automatically. Bounced contacts are removed from active campaign sequences.
Opt-out domain blocking — add domains to an opt-out list. All contacts at those domains are treated as opted out.
API Tokens
Create token — generate a bearer token for API v1 access. Tokens are workspace-scoped and inherit your plan's credit limits.
Revoke token — revoke any active token immediately. Revocation takes effect within 60 seconds.
MCP integration — your API token is used to authenticate the Kolvera MCP server. See the API documentation for MCP setup instructions.
Business Context
Primary context — one business context is marked as primary and is used by all AI generation features unless overridden.
Multiple contexts — create multiple contexts for different divisions or service lines. Switch the primary context to change the AI's framing workspace-wide.
Generate from website — paste your agency URL and Kolvera scrapes the site to auto-draft a business context. Edit before saving.
Account and Password
Profile — update your display name, email address, and profile photo.
Password — change your password. Requires your current password to confirm.
Two-factor authentication — enable TOTP-based 2FA via any authenticator app.
Notification preferences — configure which events trigger in-app and email notifications (replies, bookings, task reminders, enrichment completions).
