Connect Google Calendar for two-way sync — meetings booked via Kolvera scheduling links appear instantly, and manually marked meetings are tracked in your pipeline.

Meetings — calendar sync, pipeline-linked meetings, and attendee tracking

Connect Google Calendar

  1. Go to Settings and open the Calendar section.
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar and complete the OAuth flow.
  3. Select which calendar Kolvera should read and write to (default: primary).
  4. Kolvera will begin syncing events immediately. New meetings appear in the Meetings tab.

Multi-Calendar Support

Connect multiple Google calendars to a single Kolvera workspace. Each calendar gets its own label and colour on the meetings grid. Set a default calendar for new meetings and assign specific calendars to individual scheduling links.

Per-calendar filtering — toggle calendars on and off from the meetings view to focus on the ones that matter.
Colour coding — each connected calendar has a distinct colour so you can tell at a glance which calendar an event belongs to.
Scheduling link assignment — assign a specific calendar to each scheduling link so bookings land in the right place.
Aggregated availability — busy blocks from all connected calendars are combined when checking availability, preventing double-bookings across calendars.

Calendar Views

Switch between day, work week, week, and month views on the meetings grid. Toggle between business hours and 24-hour display.

Meeting Prep Engine

Before every meeting, Kolvera automatically generates an AI-powered prep brief tailored to the meeting type. The engine detects whether it’s a candidate catch-up, BD introduction, client review, or networking call, and builds the brief accordingly.

Type-aware briefs — talking points, verification badges, and a timeline of your history with the attendee, all shaped by the meeting type.
Prep cockpit — the meetings view groups meetings by date with type chips and prep-status pills. A slide-in panel shows the full brief with a note editor.
Branded PDF export — export any meeting brief as a branded PDF with your workspace letterhead.
Desk routing — scheduling links route bookings to the correct business context, so the prep engine knows which role or vertical the meeting relates to.
Post-call processing — after a meeting ends, Kolvera drafts a follow-up email, logs the outcome, and suggests the next action — all surfaced in the Command Station for review. The Action Inbox is no longer in the sidebar; reach it from the Command Station on the dashboard.

Mark as Booked

On any contact or prospect detail page, click Mark as Booked to log a meeting against that contact. Kolvera creates the calendar event and links it to the contact, advancing the pipeline stage if configured.

Attendee Auto-Add

When a meeting is created from a contact's record, Kolvera automatically adds the contact as a Google Calendar attendee. They receive a standard Google Calendar invite. No additional action required.

Context Preserved

Every meeting created via Kolvera includes a description with the contact's name, company, ICP, and the campaign step that generated the booking. This context is visible in Google Calendar and in the meeting detail panel inside Kolvera.

Funnel Tracking

Meetings are a named pipeline stage. The Meetings tab shows all upcoming and past meetings grouped by contact, with outcome fields (took place, no-show, rescheduled) that update the pipeline record and trigger follow-up tasks automatically.

Meeting Lifecycle

Scheduled — meeting is in the calendar and linked to a contact. No outcome logged yet.
Took place — confirm the meeting happened. Pipeline stage advances; follow-up task created.
No-show — log the contact as a no-show. A follow-up task is auto-created with a 24-hour due date.
Rescheduled — mark as rescheduled; the original event is retained in history and a new meeting is created.
Cancelled — remove from active tracking. Event remains in Google Calendar unless manually deleted.
