Read updateJuly: Desks v2, a nine-screen app, and Float — 16 – 27 July 2026
Desks get a full redesign with sub-niche filtering, AI-suggested sub-niches, a merge tool and an agentic “Review my desk”. The sidebar drops to nine items and Pipeline becomes Leads. Float campaigns now anchor to one candidate, pitch an anonymised profile, and reveal the full candidate through a tracked link. A new Library indexes every deliverable you have generated. Desks also gain a Location picker, per-country job boards and honest signal dating, and three AI desk actions now carry a credit cost.
Read updatePhone enrichment is now a flat 2 credits — 20 July 2026
Direct dials drop from 6 credits to 2. Network-discovered direct dials drop from 3 credits to 2. Every phone number you find now costs a flat 2 credits whatever kind it is, with cached company lines at 1 credit and numbers already on your account still free. Separately, scheduled SEEK scans now look back three days instead of seven, so a routine scan returns fewer — but not different — jobs.
Read updatePlan changes: two plans, more credits on Scale — 17 July 2026
We have moved from three paid plans to two. Starter is retired, Pro is now the entry plan at A$119/mo, and Agency has been renamed Scale and now includes 6,000 credits a month, up from 5,000. Nothing changes for anyone already on Pro or Agency except more credits on Scale. Here is exactly what moved, and why.

The Copilot AI assistant ships Phase 2 with conversation management, file attachments, playbooks, and per-conversation model selection. Read updateCredit cost changes: Deep Research, Intelligence Reports & Expand — 5 July 2026
In early July 2026 we adjusted the credit cost of three AI features — Deep Research (3 to 6 credits), Deep Research Expand (2 to 4 credits) and Intelligence Reports (10 to 15 credits). Here is exactly what changed, and why, in one place. Everyday actions — enrolling contacts, generating campaign copy, searching and scraping — are unchanged.

Inbox v2 ships as a full two-pane email client promoted to top-level navigation, with a reading pane, channel filters, unified composer, bulk actions, and CC plus attachment support. Settings is completely redesigned with a left sub-nav and slide-out drawer replacing the old page, with three separate blocklists merged into a single Suppression List. The dashboard regroups into Today, Pipeline, and Campaign zones with slimmer ICP and RMP snapshot cards. Automatic duplicate detection raises merge suggestions when a booking creates a contact that matches an existing person. Pipeline Matches and New Leads merge into a single Monitor tab on both ICP and Reverse Market Profile workspaces. Role chips and stage filters arrive across People, Hot Lists, and profile headers. Landing page adds Done-For-You Setup positioning and annual totals on pricing cards.
Read updatePipeline sorting, CV slide-out & bulk dismiss — 22 June 2026
New Leads and Pipeline Matches gain a sortable Date Scraped column across the entire result set on both ICP and Reverse Market Profile workspaces, with the in-app match set now perfectly aligned to what the MCP returns. A new CV slide-out opens any candidate's CV and recent activity from Hot List, People, and RMP rows without leaving the page. Bulk-dismiss the exact filtered Pipeline Match set in one action — in the app or via the new bulk_dismiss_pipeline_jobs MCP tool. Watched companies now show a star on the morning brief, and synced calendar meetings no longer double up. MCP server grows to 169 tools.
