Flashback is a new search page under Find. It indexes every email, call note and meeting across all your desks, then ranks results by relevance with typo tolerance. An Ask AI panel lets you ask a plain-English question and get an answer drawn from your conversation history — 1 credit per question, refunded if nothing is found.
The Inbox now tracks unread state per channel and adds a Needs reply filter, so you can see at a glance which threads are waiting on you.
The Desk received a full audit: duplicate header tiles removed, consistent “new leads” counting, faster page loads, and cleaner controls throughout. A new AI discovery triage reads your Discovery queue and proposes Keep/Pass/Confirm decisions in bulk — 2 credits per run. Each desk can now track its own Talent Pool statuses independently.
The Dialler boosts industry-specific keyterms during transcription, so names, role titles and technical terms come through more accurately. Dual-channel recordings are now transcribed in stereo instead of being mixed to mono.
CV extraction runs locally first and only falls back to the AI model for scanned PDFs, cutting extraction time on most uploads. Resume fragments appear in Flashback search and in the candidate’s conversation history.
You can now enrol prospects in a campaign directly from the Reverse Market Profile drawer, and the candidate drawer merges CV and activity into one panel with an RMP shortcut.
Flashback
- Conversation search — a new page under Find that indexes emails, call notes and meetings across all your desks. Results rank by relevance with typo tolerance.
- Ask AI — type a plain-English question and get an answer drawn from your conversation history. 1 credit per question, refunded if nothing is found.
- Close match badges — results that are a near match but not exact are flagged, so you can see why they appeared.
- Term highlighting — your search terms are highlighted in the results, making it faster to scan.
- Resume fragments — CV data is indexed alongside conversations, so searching for a skill or qualification returns the candidate who has it.
Inbox
- Unread tracking — each channel now tracks which messages you have read. New messages are highlighted until you open them.
- Needs-reply filter — one click to see only conversations waiting on your reply.
- Faster channel rendering — channels render server-side, cutting the time to first message on busy inboxes.
Desk audit and Discovery triage
- AI Discovery triage — reads your Discovery queue and proposes Keep, Pass or Confirm decisions in bulk. 2 credits per run.
- Cleaner header — duplicate stat tiles removed from the desk header, leaving one clear row of numbers.
- Consistent new-leads count — the pill, badge and queue now agree on what counts as a new lead.
- Per-desk Talent Pool status — each desk tracks its own candidate statuses independently, so a candidate can be “Shortlisted” on one desk and “Placed” on another.
- Email status clarity — the “new” email status is now labelled “Unverified”, which is what it actually means.
Dialler and transcription
- Industry keyterm boosting — transcription now boosts role titles, company names and technical terms from your desk, so they come through accurately instead of being guessed.
- Stereo transcription — dual-channel recordings are transcribed in stereo, giving clearer speaker separation.
- Reliable call summaries — a failed re-analysis no longer loses the summary you already had.
CV and candidate experience
- Faster CV extraction — CVs are now extracted locally first, with AI model fallback only for scanned PDFs. Most uploads complete noticeably faster.
- Merged candidate drawer — the CV viewer and the activity timeline are now in one drawer, so you see everything about a candidate without switching.
- RMP shortcut on the candidate file — open the Reverse Market Profile drawer directly from a candidate’s own page.
Campaigns and outreach
- Enrol from the RMP drawer — select prospects in the Reverse Market Profile drawer and enrol them in a campaign without leaving the page.
- Desks tab in the campaign modal — choose a desk when enrolling, so contacts land in the right campaign context.
- Role intel guide in the drawer — view or download the role intelligence guide directly from the RMP drawer.
Also fixed
- The mailbox add-domain form now catches duplicate domains before they hit the database; the billing page no longer invents figures on comped accounts or stale pending downgrades; and preset search configurations are scoped correctly to each account.
