Weekly Update — Week ending 30 August 2026

TL;DR

A candidate referral programme lets you generate a referral link for any candidate and share it with your network. The link is forwardable — attribution follows the person who actually shared it, not just the first click. Choose which inbox sends the referral emails, and shortlist referrals straight to Client IV.

Email gets a unified composer everywhere — inbox, people file and float all share one compose experience with recipient autocomplete on To, Cc and float recipients. A draft-from-last-call button pre-fills the email from your most recent call notes. Open tracking now works on every send path, not just campaigns, and every sent-email surface shows an eye icon with an open timeline. The reading pane is cleaner: duplicate messages are removed, quoted text is collapsed, and replies thread onto existing conversations correctly.

The Talent Pool gains a kanban board with inline title and company editing. A Location column appears on candidate rows. Moving a candidate to Client IV offers to book the client interview automatically, picking the client contact from your database.

The company page shows a new Hiring History card — your desks versus all roles with a 12-month trend — and a Known Staff list of past and present employees linked from employment records. Employment history now includes LinkedIn positions, and two-column CVs are detected and transcribed in column order. A Reports tab in the CV drawer and a New Report button on the candidate file let you generate and view reports without navigating away.

E-Sign documents can be revised and resent after sending, with an audience confirmation step before invitations leave. The suppression list is now visible and correctable from Compliance settings. Campaign enrolment previews let you pick individual contacts from a Hot List or Desk. Your inbox shows a first-reply milestone when a campaign gets its first real reply. And you can now build a desk for a market other than your own — set up a US, UK or NZ desk from an Australian account.

Candidate Referral Programme

  • Referral links — generate a shareable link for any candidate. Anyone who opens it can refer someone, and attribution tracks who actually shared it.
  • Forwardable with attribution — the link can be forwarded and re-shared. Attribution follows the person who sent it, not just the original recipient.
  • Inbox picker — choose which connected inbox sends the referral emails.
  • Shortlist from the referral flow — referred candidates can be shortlisted straight to Client IV.

Unified composer and open tracking

  • One composer everywhere — inbox, people file and float now share a single compose experience. No more switching to a different editor depending on where you start.
  • Draft from last call — a button pre-fills your email from the most recent call notes, so the follow-up writes itself.
  • Recipient autocomplete — To, Cc and float recipient fields all autocomplete from your contacts.
  • Open tracking on every send — open tracking was previously campaign-only. It now works on every email you send.
  • Open timeline — every sent-email surface shows an eye icon with a timeline of when the recipient opened it.
  • Cleaner reading pane — duplicate messages are removed, quoted text is collapsed, and the reply box stays inside the pane. Replies thread onto existing conversations correctly.

Talent Pool

  • Kanban board — drag candidates between stages on a board view, with inline title and company editing and touch-on-action sorting.
  • Location column — candidate rows now show location, so you can scan geography without opening each file.
  • Book a client interview on stage move — when a candidate moves to Client IV, Kolvera offers to book the interview automatically.
  • Client contact picker — the interview modal picks the client contact from your database instead of asking you to type a name.

Companies and candidates

  • Hiring History card — a new card on the company page shows your desks versus all roles advertised, with a 12-month trend so you can see whether hiring is ramping up or winding down.
  • Known Staff — the company page now lists past and present employees linked from employment records.
  • LinkedIn employment history — LinkedIn positions are ingested as employment history entries, giving you a more complete work history on each candidate.
  • Two-column CV detection — CVs laid out in two columns are now detected and transcribed in column order instead of interleaving the text.
  • Reports tab and New Report button — open a candidate’s reports from the CV drawer, or generate a new report from the candidate file, without navigating away.

E-Sign, campaigns and compliance

  • Revise and resend — an e-sign document that has already been sent can be revised and resent without starting from scratch.
  • Audience confirmation — a confirmation step shows exactly who will receive signing invitations before they are sent.
  • Suppression list — the suppression list is now visible and correctable from Compliance settings, so you can see who is suppressed and fix mistakes.
  • Per-contact enrolment — campaign enrolment previews on Hot Lists and Desks let you pick individual contacts instead of enrolling the whole list.
  • First-reply milestone — your inbox shows a milestone notification when a campaign gets its first real reply, and a notice when an inbox is disconnected.

Also fixed

  • You can now build a desk for a market other than your own — set up a US, UK or NZ desk from an Australian account and job board scans stay inside that market; float reports are sent only to decision-makers, never to candidates, and an anonymised report can no longer be identified by its filename; Reverse Market Profiles regenerate in place so links and manual entries survive, and deleting one shows the campaigns that will be affected; lifecycle emails now display A$ correctly throughout; the softphone popout opens automatically once per session on desktop; inbound calls answered on Android now sync to your call history; phone enrichment is more accurate for contacts outside Australia; and a rendering glitch that replaced report bullet points with garbled characters is fixed.
