The bounce breaker now pauses a campaign when a set number of emails bounce, not just when the overall bounce rate crosses a threshold — and a bounce-breaker pause is now recoverable, so you can resume the campaign after fixing the problem. Editing a step delay on a paused campaign also re-times queued sends correctly.
Enrichment offers a second pass after a contacts search. When a run finds people with names and titles but no verified email, it now tells you how many it missed and offers to find their emails — previously you had to spot the gap and run a separate action yourself. The Find Emails confirmation card on every surface now reads its price from the same source, so it always shows the current cost.
The Copilot gains a stop button for in-flight turns, starter chips when the conversation is empty, and approval cards that show labelled fields instead of raw data.
People files are now openable by teammates on shared data surfaces, and CSV import no longer overwrites an existing prospect record. You can now exclude specific candidates from a Reverse Market Profile so they are not presented to that client.
Campaigns
- Bounce breaker gates on count — the breaker now pauses a campaign when a set number of individual emails bounce, not just when the overall bounce rate crosses a threshold. This catches deliverability problems earlier on small sends without false-alarming on two bad addresses out of twenty.
- Bounce-breaker pause is recoverable — a campaign that paused for bounces can now be resumed once you have addressed the problem. The breaker measures a rolling window instead of the campaign’s whole lifetime, so clearing the bad addresses and resuming does not immediately re-pause.
- Delay edits re-time correctly — editing a step delay on a paused campaign now properly re-times queued sends for that cohort, instead of leaving them on the old schedule.
- Merge tag casing — a merge tag written with different casing is no longer miscounted as personalisation in the composer.
Enrichment
- Second-pass offer — when a bulk contacts search finishes with titled contacts but no verified email, the system now offers to find their emails in a second pass. It shows exactly how many contacts, the per-contact cost, and the maximum spend — and waits for your confirmation before anything is charged.
- Consistent cost cards — the Find Emails confirmation card on every surface now reads its price from the same source, so it always shows the current cost.
Copilot
- Stop button — an in-flight Copilot turn can now be stopped mid-generation.
- Starter chips — the empty Copilot state shows suggested prompts to help you get started.
- Approval cards — when the Copilot proposes an action, the approval card now shows labelled fields instead of raw data.
People and data
- Teammate visibility — people files on shared data surfaces are now openable by teammates. Previously a teammate trying to open a shared contact or prospect saw “Person not found”.
- CSV import respects existing prospects — importing a CSV no longer takes over an existing prospect record created by another action.
- Candidate exclusions — you can now exclude specific candidates from a Reverse Market Profile, so they are not presented to that client.
Also improved
- The word “ICP” is retired from all rendered copy — the platform now says “desk” everywhere it referred to your Ideal Client Profile; the AI Help button no longer appears on pages where it has no context; desk surfaces no longer overclaim what they know about a company; and the step-delay label on the campaign sequence rail no longer overflows its container.
