All Updates
TL;DR
September brought a more connected recruitment workspace, from a client’s role through candidate review and placement. Your agency can also publish selected vacancies on a branded job board and collect applications. Scheduling and existing outreach gained clearer controls.
This catch-up covers releases after our 6 September update, through 30 September. Feature roundups are moving to monthly; important pricing notices remain separately dated. A separately labelled October-to-date update covers the first part of October.
From client role to placement
- Client jobs and candidate progress together — manage roles, review candidates and follow their progress from the client workspace. Shared job editors and clearer shortlist counts help keep desk and client views aligned.
- Recruitment follow-through — review candidate submissions, track interview and offer progress, and record placements and replacement follow-ups. Reference and referral workflows keep their review steps visible. Sending communications still requires the relevant review and permissions.
Your agency job board
- Publish selected vacancies — review candidate-facing job copy before listing it on your branded board. Share a vacancy link or embed your board on your agency website.
- Review applications in context — applications and uploaded CVs stay with the advertised job for recruiter review. Private client notes and internal role details are kept out of the public listing.
Outreach review
- Clearer LinkedIn review — review and edit queued outreach, pause work when needed, and see more useful delivery and conversation history. These improvements apply to existing enabled workflows; availability still depends on account access and a compatible extension.
Scheduling and everyday reliability
- More flexible bookings — manage weekly availability and let guests choose a booking topic. Mirrored calendar events are less likely to appear twice in daily views.
- Better continuity — phone enrichment can resume interrupted work, scraped jobs stay attached to their desk, and company research uses the company’s country context. Connected client-job workflows and supported AI tools gained more consistent editing and recovery.
