October 2026: more connected daily work — Month to date · 1–11 October

TL;DR

October’s improvements so far make everyday recruitment work easier to follow: review candidate submissions in context, give agency teammates appropriate access to client records, manage references and signed documents alongside records, and find the next task or meeting more easily.

This is a month-to-date update covering 1–11 October, not the completed October roundup. Availability continues to depend on your plan, permissions and connected services. We will review the rest of October after the month closes.

Candidate and client work

  • Clearer submissions and progress — Talent Pool and job workflows give recruiters better visibility of candidate submissions, interview progress and callbacks. Review the selected candidate and job before confirming the next action.
  • Team access to client work — agency team members have clearer navigation to Clients and Jobs, with access governed by their account permissions. This helps recruiters work with client records and related candidate information.

References, forms and signing

  • Reference intake and review — updated reference workflows make it easier to prepare requests, review responses and keep the result with the relevant recruitment work.
  • Documents stay connected — e-signing is available from relevant client and candidate records, with related files and supported AI tools connected to the same workflow. Compact share links and clearer form submission names help recipients and recruiters find the right item.

Meetings and your working day

  • More useful meeting context — bookings retain clearer source and discussion context. Meetings improvements bring more reliable views, preparation, saved notes and editing, alongside fixes to calendar popouts and displayed dates.
  • Tasks and Inbox in easier reach — updated navigation, priority-led intake and clearer Today controls help you move between meetings, due work and messages without losing the task in hand.

Research and communication history

  • Find completed research — completion notifications make finished research and reports easier to find. Research improvements retain supporting sources and make uncertainty clearer; review findings before relying on or sharing them.
  • Clearer recorded activity — enabled calling and messaging workflows show more consistent call outcomes, conversation history and confirmed LinkedIn activity. Native calling and SMS remain restricted to authorised accounts, and messaging consent requirements still apply.

Everyday usability

  • More consistent controls — Settings, Team, People, client work and document views gained improvements to keyboard access, smaller screens, form feedback and recovery from failed actions.
  • Current guidance — help includes clearer workflow instructions and access limits. Downloadable AI guidance points to current online references for tools and prices. This monthly changelog highlights customer outcomes; detailed usage belongs in the help guides.
