Weekly Update — Week ending 17 May 2026

TL;DR

Comprehensive UX simplification: sidebar reduced from 20 to 12 navigation items. Contacts, Prospects, and Candidates unified under a single People page with tabs. Pipeline and Lead Scraping merged with a shared tab bar. Dashboard rebuilt with side-by-side meetings and tasks, funnel stage visualisation, and no redundant sections. Integrations page restructured with connected-first layout. Search config checkboxes replaced with searchable dropdown. Enrichment now filters by company domain to prevent false matches. MCP toolkit at 74 tools with new scrape config management.

Navigation & Layout

  • Sidebar simplified 20→12 items — Action Log merged into Dashboard, Lead Scraping merged into Pipeline, Dialler/Mailboxes/E-Sign removed from nav (all routes still accessible). Cleaner, faster navigation.
  • People hub — Contacts, Prospects, and Candidates consolidated under a single “People” nav item with a shared tab bar showing counts. One page, three views.
  • Pipeline / Scraping unified — Pipeline and Lead Scraping share the same header and 4-tab bar (Lead Scraping, Job Board Leads, LinkedIn Companies, LinkedIn Contacts). Landing on Pipeline defaults to Lead Scraping.
  • E-Sign accessible from contacts — E-Sign button on contact detail auto-populates the signer name and email. Prompt shown after booking a meeting: “Need to send a contract? Send E-Sign →”
  • Mailbox Health on campaigns — Quick access to mailbox deliverability from the campaigns page header.

Dashboard Overhaul

  • Quick actions in header — Scrape, Campaign, and Research buttons moved to the top header for one-click access.
  • Meetings + Tasks side-by-side — Two-column layout instead of stacked. Less scrolling, more at-a-glance.
  • Pipeline funnel visualisation — Stages (New → Contacted → Replied → Meeting → Signed) now show tinted backgrounds with chevron connectors.
  • Redundancy removed — Resources card (duplicate of balance widget), Enrichment Stats (duplicate of Funnel Performance), and Mailbox Warm-Up announcement removed. Dial minutes column removed (BYOK only).
  • Compact referral — Full-width referral card replaced with a single-line banner.

Integrations Page

  • Connected-first layout — Connected services shown as pill badges at the top. CRM section auto-opens when a CRM is connected.
  • Developer Tools collapsed — MCP, Webhooks, Zapier, Chrome Extension, REST API, and CLI grouped under a collapsible Developer Tools section (closed by default).
  • Coming Soon cards hidden — Unconfigured OAuth integrations no longer show grayed-out “Coming Soon” cards.
  • Enrichment providers fixed — Hunter and Snov now correctly show “Not set” with a Configure button instead of “Included”. They are BYOK providers, not platform-supplied.

Search Config

  • Searchable location dropdown — The 40+ location checkboxes replaced with a searchable multi-select dropdown grouped by AU state. Click a state header to select all locations in that state.
  • Config modal redesigned — Card layout with keyword pills capped at 8, exclude pills at 6, locations truncated. Per-row checkboxes with select all, bulk Archive and Delete buttons.
  • Settings flattened — Two-Factor Authentication moved to its own top-level card with Active badge (no more nested accordion).
  • Contact detail decluttered — Call History, Email History, and Campaign Enrolments collapsed by default. Less scroll, same data.

Enrichment Quality

  • Domain validation — Find Contacts now rejects emails whose domain doesn’t match the target company. Prevents surname matches (e.g. people named “Zeller” vs contacts at Zeller the fintech) and testimonial/investor contacts scraped from unrelated pages.
  • Generic email strictness — Department emails (contact@, security@, peopleops@) are now always rejected regardless of whether a name was extracted. Previously, garbage name extraction could bypass the filter.

MCP & API

  • Expanded AI toolkit — New tools for scrape config management, MPC Profiles, meetings, hot list management, business context CRUD, campaign activation with safety preview, and bulk operations.
  • Full candidate workflow — Generate AI-powered MPC Profiles from a role title, link candidates to ICPs, map target companies, and manage the pipeline — all from your AI assistant.
  • Meeting creation via MCP — Create and manage meetings through conversation. Booking, status updates, and contact linking all supported.
  • REST API v2 expanded — Full coverage across contacts, companies, campaigns, pipeline, research, meetings, ICP, hot lists, and credits.
  • Config validator — Test Connection button on the Integrations page validates your MCP token and confirms the server is reachable.

Multi Business Context

  • Multiple brands, one account — Create separate business contexts for each brand you operate (e.g. your agency and a sister company). Set one as primary — it powers all AI generation by default.
  • Structured fields — Define your business using five clear fields: what you sell, who buys it, process you replace, competitive edge, and brand voice. AI assembles these into consistent messaging.
  • AI-powered setup — Paste your website URL and AI extracts your positioning into the structured fields. Or generate from scratch with a one-line description.
  • Campaign & ICP linking — Each campaign and ICP now links to a specific business context. Switch contexts to generate completely different messaging for different brands.
  • Collapse/expand cards — Settings page shows business contexts as collapsible cards with a full field grid when expanded.

MPC Profiles (Most Placeable Candidate)

  • AI-generated candidate profiles — Describe a role (e.g. “Sales Engineer — AU B2B SaaS”) and AI builds a complete hiring brief: title variants, must-haves, disqualifiers, move triggers, target employers, objection handling, and a LinkedIn boolean search string.
  • Linked to ICPs — Connect MPC Profiles to Ideal Client Profiles to map both sides of the market — the companies you sell to and the people you recruit for them.
  • Company mapping — Track which companies employ your target candidates and where the talent pool sits.

Integrations

  • Fathom meeting recorder — Connect your Fathom account from Integrations. Meeting summaries auto-sync every 30 minutes and appear on contact detail pages. Free, no credits consumed.
  • Bullhorn CRM overhaul (coming soon) — Candidate and company push, candidate search, automatic token refresh. Full two-way sync for recruitment workflows. Rolling out shortly.
  • Chrome Extension v2.0 (coming soon) — Improved LinkedIn scraping with bulk save across up to 25 pages of search results. Pending Web Store review.

Deep Research

  • Hard filters enforced — Company size and location filters from your ICP are now strictly enforced, not just preferences. Off-spec companies are excluded from results.
  • Competitor exclusion — Companies that sell the same product or service as you are automatically excluded from prospect lists.
  • Employee size accuracy — Research now reports global employee count, not local office headcount. Size brackets use canonical ranges (50–150, 150–300, 300–1000).
  • Buying trigger signals — Colour-coded pills on company detail and ICP map show hiring signals, funding rounds, and expansion indicators extracted from research.
  • Fit override explanations — When a company doesn’t exactly match your ICP but has strong signals, an amber callout explains why it was included.

Campaigns

  • Variant stats attribution fix — A/B/C campaign stats are now tracked per email sent, not per enrollment. Pausing a variant no longer zeroes its stats or contaminates other variants.
  • AI email generation upgraded — All campaign emails now use our most capable AI model. Country-specific voice enforcement for AU, GB, NZ, US, CA, and SG markets.
  • Calendar link variable — Use [calendar_link] in campaign steps to insert your scheduling link. Automatically resolves to your booking page.
  • Activation safety — Campaign activation via API/MCP now requires explicit confirmation and shows a preview before any emails are sent.

ICP Quality

  • Auto-match improvements — Pipeline-to-ICP matching now uses word-overlap scoring, requires company size match, and applies dynamic disqualifiers. Fewer false positives.
  • Contact name search — Search contacts by full name (e.g. “Matt Walker”) now works correctly across first and last name fields.
  • Cross-run deduplication — Finding contacts for the same company multiple times no longer creates duplicates.
  • Scraper quality — Job board results are filtered more aggressively to remove recruitment platform listings, generic titles, and non-hiring signals.

Getting Started

  • Quick-start wizard — New 5-step guide at /guide/quick-start: Create ICP → Deep Research → Find Contacts → Launch Campaign → Chrome Extension. Auto-detects your progress.
  • Weekly automation prompt — ICP detail page now includes a ready-to-copy prompt for your AI assistant, pre-filled with your ICP name and campaign details.
  • Onboarding restructured — Step 2 is now “Set Up Your Business” with structured fields. Business context cards render inline during onboarding.

Security & Reliability

  • Session security — Changing your password now invalidates all other active sessions immediately.
  • Deploy health checks — Automated post-deploy verification probes critical database tables and sends alerts if anything is wrong.
  • Stale task cleanup — Background tasks that hang beyond their timeout are automatically marked as failed and cleaned up.
