The Copilot ships Phase 2: archive and delete conversations from the sidebar, upload file attachments and save them to a knowledge base, run structured playbooks (map-the-market, candidate-pipeline, RMP campaign, hot-list build, weekly review), choose your preferred AI model per conversation, and see headings, lists, and cards rendered properly in chat.
A new Desk Knowledge Brain feeds your uploaded documents, pasted notes, and saved attachments into the Copilot’s context — so every answer is grounded in your workspace, not generic.
ICP desk-readiness strips appear on each profile, showing which fields the Copilot needs filled to work at its best. Split ICPs now inherit the full desk setup.
Pipeline boards surface per-segment completeness facts and seed rows automatically when you refresh. Deep Research is now 6 credits, Expand is 4 credits, and Intelligence Reports are 15 credits — reflecting the depth of AI analysis in each. Email warm-up fingerprints are unique per inbox, and credits are refunded when Deep Research hits a terminal failure. The MCP server now exposes 185 tools.
Copilot Phase 2
- Conversation management — Archive, unarchive, or delete conversations from the sidebar. Archived threads stay searchable but out of the way.
- File attachments — Upload files into a conversation. The Copilot extracts the content and can save it to your knowledge base for future reference.
- Playbooks — Five structured playbooks — map-the-market, candidate-pipeline, RMP campaign, hot-list build, and weekly review — guide the Copilot through multi-step workflows.
- Per-conversation model — Choose your preferred AI model for each conversation. The selection sticks across turns so you get consistent output.
- Richer chat output — Headings, lists, and interactive cards now render properly in the chat stream, making longer responses easier to scan.
- Mobile-responsive layout — The sidebar and chat pane adapt to smaller screens, with an attach-help tooltip on mobile.
Desk Knowledge Brain
- Knowledge drawer — A new panel on the Copilot page lets you view, upload, paste, or delete knowledge documents scoped to each desk.
- Context-aware answers — Uploaded documents and saved attachments are synthesised into a desk brief that feeds the Copilot, so responses reflect your actual workspace data.
- Save from chat — Attachment chips in the chat include a save-to-knowledge-base button, so useful files become permanent context with one click.
ICP Desk Readiness
- Readiness strip — Each ICP page now shows a desk-readiness indicator highlighting which fields the Copilot needs to work effectively.
- Split inherits desk — When you split an ICP, the new profile inherits the full desk setup and reports any field gaps.
- Duplicate schedule warnings — Monitoring now warns when a new scrape schedule would duplicate another desk’s configuration.
Pipeline
- Segment completeness — Pipeline board segments now show completeness facts so you can see at a glance where coverage is thin.
- Auto-seeded rows — Refreshing the pipeline now seeds board rows automatically from your scraped roles, so the board is never empty after a scrape run.
- Live-role signals — Fresh scraped roles count as live-role signals in the Signals stage, improving pipeline accuracy.
Credit Adjustments
- Deep Research — Now 6 credits per run (was 3), reflecting the depth of AI analysis involved.
- Deep Research Expand — Now 4 credits per expansion round (was 2).
- Intelligence Reports — Now 15 credits (was 10) — these reports run extensive web research and multi-pass AI synthesis.
- Failure refunds — Deep Research now refunds credits automatically when a run hits a terminal failure.
Polish
- Onboarding banner — A resume-setup banner on the dashboard gently nudges you to finish onboarding if you left it part-way through.
- Timezone modal — The onboarding timezone prompt is now dismissable and the grid stacks properly on mobile.
- Warm-up fingerprints — Email warm-up subject fingerprints are now unique per inbox, reducing the chance of deliverability filters flagging similar patterns.
- MCP server — 185 tools — Up from 179, with new desk-readiness and knowledge tools.
