One List, Role Tabs

People merges contacts, prospects and candidates into a single list rather than three separate pages. Tabs at the top filter the same list by role so you never lose track of who's who.

All — every person in your workspace, regardless of role.
Prospects — people you're selling to (business development targets).
Candidates — people you're placing (talent).
Unassigned — people with no role yet — newly imported or enriched contacts awaiting triage.

Role Chips

Each row carries small role chips — P for prospect, C for candidate — so you can see at a glance whether a person is a buyer, talent, or both. A single person can hold both roles at once; the chips make that dual status visible without opening the file.

Shared Detail File

Every person has one detail file at /people/<id>, no matter how many roles they hold. The file opens with role-aware tabs so you see only what's relevant.

Overview — core identity: name, title, company, email, phone, location, LinkedIn.
Activity — the full timeline across all roles — emails, calls, meetings, notes.
Prospect tab — appears when the person is a prospect — pipeline stage, campaign enrolment, outreach history.
Candidate tab — appears when the person is a candidate — candidacy detail, CV, screening and call prep.

Because the file is shared, enriching a contact once benefits every role — a phone number found while prospecting is the same number you call as a candidate.

Search

Search across name, title, company, email and phone from the single search bar. One query spans the whole list; the role tab you're on scopes the results.

Bulk Actions

Select people and apply an action across the whole selection. Credit-consuming actions confirm the count and cost before charging.

Find Email — run email enrichment across selected people. 2 credits per contact found.
Find Phone — run phone enrichment. 6 cr fresh direct dial, 2 cr fresh company line.
Verify Email — verify email validity. Free (uses your monthly verification allowance).
Enrol in Campaign — enrol selected people into a chosen campaign.
Add to Hot List — copy selected people to a Hot List.
Add to ICP — link selected people to a client (ICP).
Add to Reverse Market Profile — link selected candidates to a Reverse Market Profile.
Add to Talent Pool — pool selected candidates directly against a client.
Make Prospect / Make Candidate — assign a role to selected people, moving them off the Unassigned tab.

Import

  1. SEEK — open the SEEK import slide-out to bring inbound applicants into your People list as candidates.
  2. CSV — upload a CSV to bulk-import people; rows are de-duplicated against existing records.
