B Scrape Job Board Leads

Find companies actively hiring by scraping SEEK, Indeed, and LinkedIn job boards.

Open Your Ideal Client Profile
Go to Ideal Client Profiles and open the profile you want to work. Job board monitoring lives inside the profile — its search keywords come from Roles I Recruit, which you can edit inline (e.g. "industrial electrician"). Add exclude words like "apprentice", "trainee", "supervisor" to filter out irrelevant roles.

Run the Scrape
Open Job Board Monitoring on the profile and hit Run now for SEEK, Indeed, or LinkedIn, or schedule recurring runs. They process in the background — navigate freely while they run; the progress pill in the bottom-right tracks each scrape.

Work Pipeline Matches & New Leads
Scraped roles land on the profile's tabs with company name, title, salary, location, source, and how many times the role has been posted. Pipeline Matches shows roles at companies already mapped to the profile; New Leads surfaces matching roles at companies not yet mapped — use Add to profile to map one in, or Dismiss to hide it. Roles posted 2-3+ times signal the company is struggling to fill — perfect BD targets.

Find Prospects & Enrol
On the profile's Companies tab, select mapped companies → Find Prospects. Found contacts go to your People page. Filter to valid emails, select all, and Enrol in Campaign. After a scrape finishes, the pill suggests exclude keywords — apply them to refine future runs.

C Reverse Market a Candidate

Lead with a strong candidate to open doors at target companies.

Upload the Candidate's CV
Go to Reverse MarketNew Reverse Market Profile. Instead of describing the role manually, click Upload CV and drop in your candidate's resume. The AI generates a candidate profile based on their skills, experience, and specialisations.

Find Target Companies
Use Deep Research or an Ideal Client Profile's Job Board Monitoring to find companies that hire this type of candidate. The profile's search keywords auto-target the right job titles and industries.

Create a Reverse Market Campaign
Go to CampaignsNew Campaign. Set the Placing for · Reverse Market Profile dropdown to your candidate's profile — that's how you lead with a candidate now. (Vertical is an optional override under Advanced.) The AI generates emails like: "Hi [Name], I've got a sparky with 15 years of industrial experience including PLC and SCADA — would they be of interest?"

Enrol & Monitor
Enrol your valid prospects from the ICP. Monitor replies in your Inbox — anyone who opens 5+ times gets flagged with a notification. When they reply, the sequence stops automatically so you can take over personally.

Reply From Your Inbox
When a prospect replies, you get a notification bell alert and the email appears in your Inbox. Reply directly from there — include your scheduling link so they can book a time that suits them.

Book a Meeting
Either they book via your scheduling link (like Calendly), or you manually book from MeetingsBook Meeting. When you book, Kolvera suggests free slots from your calendar — one click to confirm. Both you and the prospect get reminder emails 24h and 1h before.

Generate a Pre-Meeting Brief
On the contact's detail page or from the meeting card, click Generate Brief. The AI pulls context from their company profile, your email history, and any notes to give you a one-page summary before the call — key talking points, their pain points, and suggested angles.

Send Your Terms via E-Sign
Go to E-Sign → pick your saved template (or upload a new PDF). Drag and drop signature fields, assign signers (you + the client), and send. They sign digitally from any device. You get notified when it's done. Save your terms as a template so next time it's one click.
After signing: Push the client into your ATS (export CSV or use a CRM integration). Their prospects stay tracked in Kolvera for future campaigns.
