A Find New Clients
Build an Ideal Client Profile, research companies, find decision-makers, and launch an outreach campaign.
1
Create an Ideal Client Profile
Go to Ideal Client Profiles → New ICP. Enter your target (e.g. "Industrial electricians, food manufacturing, 50-250 staff, Australia"). Click Generate with AI and it builds the full profile — target titles, industries, pain points, objection handling, and a LinkedIn boolean search string.
2
Run a Deep Research
Go to Deep Research. Describe what you're looking for (or select your ICP from the dropdown). Click Search. It finds 10-15 real companies, maps them to your ICP, and shows market insights. Use Expand Search to find more.
3
Find Contacts at Those Companies
On your ICP detail page, go to the Companies tab. Select companies → Bulk Action → Find Contacts. This searches multiple data sources for directors and key people, then validates their email. Found contacts automatically appear in your Prospects tab.
4
Find Emails & Verify
On the Prospects tab (or Contacts page), filter by No Email. Select all → Find Emails. Then filter by Unknown email status → Verify Emails. Only send campaigns to Valid emails to protect your deliverability.
5
Launch a Campaign
Go to Campaigns → New Campaign. Describe your offer, select your ICP, and it generates A/B email variants. Set your daily limit (start at 17-20/inbox), connect your inbox, and enrol your valid prospects directly from the ICP. Activate and monitor opens, clicks, and replies from the campaign dashboard.
Daily routine: Run a fresh SEEK/Indeed scrape, add new prospects from your ICP, filter to valid emails, enrol in campaign. 10 minutes/day keeps your pipeline growing.
B Scrape Job Board Leads
Find companies actively hiring by scraping SEEK, Indeed, and LinkedIn job boards.
1
Set Up a Search Config
Go to Lead Scraping. If you created an ICP, a search config was auto-generated. Otherwise, click New Search and enter your keywords (e.g. "industrial electrician"). Exclude words like "apprentice", "trainee", "supervisor" to filter out irrelevant roles.
2
Run the Scrape
Select your config and click SEEK, Indeed, or LinkedIn. You can run all three at once — they process in the background. Navigate freely while they run; the progress pill in the bottom-right tracks each scrape.
3
Review Your Pipeline
Go to Pipeline. All scraped jobs land here with company name, title, salary, location, source, and how many times the role has been posted. Roles posted 2-3+ times signal the company is struggling to fill — perfect BD targets.
4
Find Contacts & Enrol
Select pipeline companies → Find Contacts. Found contacts go to your Contacts page. Filter to valid emails, select all, and Enrol in Campaign. After a scrape finishes, the pill suggests exclude keywords — apply them to refine future scrapes.
C Reverse Market a Candidate
Lead with a strong candidate to open doors at target companies.
1
Upload the Candidate's CV
Go to MPC Profiles → New MPC Profile. Instead of describing the role manually, click Upload CV and drop in your candidate's resume. The AI generates a candidate profile based on their skills, experience, and specialisations.
2
Find Target Companies
Use Deep Research or Lead Scraping to find companies that hire this type of candidate. The ICP's search config auto-targets the right job titles and industries.
3
Create an MPC-Led Campaign
Go to Campaigns → New Campaign. Select Recruitment vertical, tick Lead with a candidate, and upload the CV. The AI generates emails like: "Hi [Name], I've got a sparky with 15 years of industrial experience including PLC and SCADA — would they be of interest?"
4
Enrol & Monitor
Enrol your valid prospects from the ICP. Monitor replies in your Inbox — anyone who opens 5+ times gets flagged with a notification. When they reply, the sequence stops automatically so you can take over personally.
D Close a Deal
From first reply through to signed terms.
1
Reply From Your Inbox
When a prospect replies, you get a notification bell alert and the email appears in your Inbox. Reply directly from there — include your scheduling link so they can book a time that suits them.
2
Book a Meeting
Either they book via your scheduling link (like Calendly), or you manually book from Meetings → Book Meeting. If on a call, the dialler suggests free slots from your calendar — one click to confirm. Both you and the prospect get reminder emails 24h and 1h before.
3
Generate a Pre-Meeting Brief
On the contact's detail page or from the meeting card, click Generate Brief. The AI pulls context from their company profile, your email history, and any notes to give you a one-page summary before the call — key talking points, their pain points, and suggested angles.
4
Send Your Terms via E-Sign
Go to E-Sign → pick your saved template (or upload a new PDF). Drag and drop signature fields, assign signers (you + the client), and send. They sign digitally from any device. You get notified when it's done. Save your terms as a template so next time it's one click.
After signing: Push the client into your ATS (export CSV or use a CRM integration). Their prospects stay tracked in Kolvera for future campaigns.
