A candidate's People file brings employment history, CV evidence and reviewed corrections together. Check source dates before treating an extracted role or conversation claim as current fact.

Review history

  1. Open People → Candidates and select the candidate.
  2. Review employment history and available CV. Check employer, title, dates and whether the role is current.
  3. Read pending call-derived suggestions and quoted evidence. Choose Approve, Edit & approve or Dismiss.
  4. Add or edit a role manually when you have verified the correction. Check the saved result before using it in positioning or a submission.

Processing and conflicting evidence

Processing can propose information; missing, conflicting or outdated dates and employers need review. Human edits are preserved rather than silently overwritten by later CV extraction. A gap is a question to check, not proof of unemployment.

If processing fails or a review becomes stale, check status before retrying. API & MCP provide processing status, retry, change preview and review actions. Refreshing a stale review uses the current record and is distinct from requesting another extraction.

Use reviewed history

Reviewed experience helps assess candidate fit and maintain a Reverse Market Profile. Updating history does not send outreach, submit a candidate or change a Shortlist outcome. Review those actions separately.

Access and costs

You need access to the candidate and source evidence. AI processing follows the requested action's displayed cost; reading saved history does not itself run enrichment. See Credits & Plans.
