A unified inbox that threads all outreach conversations by person — not by inbox or campaign — so you see the full relationship in one place.
Inbox vs Review Queue
This email Inbox is for reading and replying to actual email conversations. It's separate from the Review Queue (also called the Action Inbox) on your Command Station dashboard, which surfaces pending actions for you to approve or dismiss — meeting-prep drafts, re-engagement suggestions, and other automation output. Use the Inbox for conversations; use the Review Queue to clear pending decisions.
Person-Centric Threading
Every email to or from a contact is grouped under that contact's thread, regardless of which inbox it was sent from or which campaign it belongs to. If you switch inbox and continue the conversation, the thread stays intact.
Two-way SMS conversations appear in the inbox too — replies thread under the same contact alongside their email, so the full conversation history stays in one place.
Role Tabs
The inbox is split into tabs by outreach role:
Colour-Coded Inboxes
Each connected inbox is assigned a colour. Thread list items show a colour badge indicating which inbox the most recent message came from, making it easy to identify sender context at a glance.
Reply From Any Inbox
When composing a reply, you can select any of your connected inboxes as the sender. The thread will continue under the same contact regardless of which inbox you choose.
Compose New
Open a new compose window from the inbox to send a one-off email to any contact. Supports merge variables and full rich-text editing.
Archive and Delete
Campaign Context
If a thread was initiated by a campaign, the thread header shows the campaign name and current step number. Replying from the inbox does not advance or reset the campaign — step progression is controlled by the campaign scheduler.
