Clients keeps each company's decision-makers, documents and recruiting work together. Open Clients from the sidebar, then open the company you are working with.

Start with the client record

  1. Find the company in Clients or Companies. Check its identity and existing records before adding another.
  2. Open Overview to review the relationship, company details and active jobs.
  3. Use Contacts to associate the right client contacts. Open their People files for individual activity and communications.
  4. Keep signed terms and other client files under Documents. Review recipients and content before sending anything for signature.

Tabs and daily work

Jobs — create client roles, maintain briefs and commercial terms, and work each role's Shortlist. Active work and archived history remain separate.
Comms — review available client communication before reaching out again.
Locations — maintain client sites so roles use the right location.

Create a job

Open Jobs → Add job on the client. Enter the role requirements, location, work type and relevant commercial details. Check salary, currency and fee terms before saving. Creating an internal job does not publish an advertisement or send a candidate to the client.

Access and sharing

Clients follows workspace record access. A member may see fewer contacts, communications or jobs than an administrator. Ask about access before creating a duplicate.

This is your team's working view. Public job boards, shared reports and e-signature links are separate sharing tools; they do not give clients access to this screen. A general client login portal is not available.
