Capsule CRM Integration
Connect Kolvera to Capsule CRM — popular with AU/NZ small businesses.
Setup Steps
- Log in to Capsule CRM
- Click your initials (top right) → My Preferences
- Scroll down to API Authentication Tokens
- Click Generate a new API token
- Copy the token
- Go to Integrations in Kolvera and paste your token
Where to Find Your Credentials
API Key / Token:
Capsule → My Preferences → API Authentication Tokens

What Gets Synced
Capsule CRM → Kolvera
- Contacts with a company are imported as enriched contacts
- Companies are matched automatically
- Syncs every 5 minutes when auto-sync is enabled
- Duplicates are skipped (matched by email or phone)
Kolvera → Capsule CRM
- Contacts are pushed when enriched with an email
- Call notes (AI summary, transcript) pushed after dialler calls
- Contacts are upserted (created or updated)
- Source tagged as "Kolvera" for attribution
Team Setup
Each team member connects their own Capsule CRM account separately. Go to Integrations and each user enters their own credentials. Call notes are pushed to the user's own Capsule CRM account, and synced contacts are owned by the user who connected.
